Here, at the end of the single path traversed by all the Buddhas of the three times, the crucial points of the profound and secret instructions, the essence of all teachings, the basis of all causal vehicles, the innermost essence of all tantras, agamas, and instructions, the pinnacle of the secret Great Perfection, the Mind Series, in one lifetime, with one body, attaining the nature of the four kayas and five wisdoms, the spontaneously accomplished union, the state of the primordial protector, Samantabhadra, without difficulty.

此乃速道，尤其殊胜，是所有班智达和成就者的顶饰，名为班智达伟玛拉的窍诀大圆满。法王遍知无垢光尊者，为了阐明心髓根本的深奥精要，分别讲授上师仰滴的两种口诀传承。无论是依靠母续还是父续，都将观修的次第，七种修心等本质相同的部分合为一体。特别是将特殊的法门，两种窍诀结合起来修持，这样暂时容易入门，并且能够毫无错谬地完整实践其意义。根本的深奥精要，一助一要，就能获得两种口诀的传承，从而达到完全理解。这是上师本人的实践方式。通过这样的口诀，能够让有缘的弟子们以快速便捷的方式到达佛的境界。现在讲解这个甚深的上师口传窍诀，分为三部分：讲解者的上师的特征，考察讲解对象弟子的根器并准备顺缘，从窍诀的角度展示引导的方式。第一部分是：在《阿底大圆满》中说：“精通且远离俗务，通达法性之义，不迷惑于欲望之事，是密咒上师的特征。”又说：“具足特征的上师，通过灌顶能解脱痛苦。”因此，总的来说，精通所有密咒续部的意义，能够区分宗派的差别；特别是，具备此法的经验和温度，能够阐明窍诀的意义；远离贪嗔等今生的世俗杂务；通过圆满对金刚身要害的二次第修持，从而达到智慧坛城，现量通达法性的意义；不迷惑于弟子提出的问题。以上是上师的特征。第二部分分为两点：弟子的特征和修行的顺缘。第一点是，在《自生》中说：“具有信心的力量和精进，智慧广大且没有执着，恭敬上师并修持密咒，无有分别念且内心不散乱，具足誓言且精进修行，如上师所说而行。”因此，对上师和窍诀具有极大的信心。

This is the swift path, especially excellent, the crown ornament of all paṇḍitas and siddhas, known as the Great Perfection Heart Essence of Paṇḍita Vimalamitra. The Dharma King, Omniscient Great Dīpaṃkaraśrījñāna, in order to clarify the profound essence of the Heart Essence root text, separately teaches the two oral transmission lineages of the Lama Yangtik. Whether relying on the Mother Tantra or the Father Tantra, the stages of contemplation, the seven mind trainings, etc., which are of the same essence, are combined into one. In particular, by combining the two special Dharma methods and instructions, it is easy to enter temporarily, and one can practice the meaning completely without error. The fundamental profound essence, one aid and one key, can obtain the transmission of both instructions, thereby achieving complete understanding. This is the practice of the master himself. Through such instructions, fortunate disciples can reach the state of Buddhahood quickly and easily. Now, explaining this profound oral transmission instruction of the master, there are three parts: the characteristics of the explaining master, examining the qualities of the disciple to be taught and preparing the conducive conditions, and showing the way of guidance from the perspective of the instructions. The first part is: In the Atiyoga Great Array it says: "Skilled and free from activities, reaching the measure of the meaning of Dharma, not confused about the object of desire, are the characteristics of the secret mantra master." It also says: "The master who possesses the characteristics, through empowerment, liberates from suffering." Therefore, in general, being skilled in the meaning of all secret mantra tantras, able to distinguish the differences between tenets; in particular, possessing the experience and warmth of this practice, able to explain the meaning of the instructions; being free from the distractions of worldly affairs such as attachment and aversion; through the complete practice of the two stages that strike the vital points of the vajra body, thereby reaching the wisdom mandala, directly realizing the meaning of Dharma; not being confused by the questions asked by the disciples. These are the characteristics of the master. The second part is divided into two points: the characteristics of the disciple and the conducive conditions for practice. The first point is, in the Rangshar it says: "Having the power of faith and great diligence, great wisdom and no attachment, great respect and practicing secret mantra, without conceptual thought and the mind not distracted, possessing vows and diligent in practice, acting as the master says." Therefore, having great faith in the master and the instructions.
