Having settled in this way, the three doors will be settled, stable, and liberated. As it is said in the 'After Passing' (འདསརྗེས): "Having obtained the confidence of settling firmly and being liberated, abandon all outer and inner activities." Thus it is said. Secondly, the main practice relies on the uncontaminated wisdom in the continuum, which has three aspects. As it is said in the 'Decisive' (ཐལ་འགྱུར): "The key to manifestation is body, speech, and mind. Each of their keys should be well-adjusted. These are the three kayas of the body, which should not be transgressed constantly." And as it is said in 'Vast Expanse of Clarity' (ཀློང་གསལ): "Even if awareness settles in an object, if it is not subdued by the illusion wheel, it cannot appear as the power of wisdom." And as it is said in 'String of Pearls' (མུ་ཏིག་ཕྲེང་བ་): "One should abide in the manner of a lion, an elephant, and a hermit." Thus it is said. The Dharma Kaya's posture is like a lion, the Sambhogakaya's posture is like an elephant, and the Nirmanakaya's posture is like a hermit squatting. First, the lion's posture is: the soles of the feet are joined together, the knees are spread outwards, the thumbs of the hands press the roots of the index fingers, holding the vajra fists, placed at the base of the heels, the elbows are straightened, the upper body is erect, the shoulders are raised upwards, the neck is slightly tilted upwards, the eyes do not move their pupils, the eyelids do not blink, relax the gaze, and look upwards at the space between the eyebrows. The tongue is slightly curled upwards. By doing this, temporarily the inner elements are balanced, and ultimately the meaning of reality is realized. Secondly, the Sambhogakaya's elephant posture is: face down, knees and chest touching, elbows propped on the ground, palms supporting the neck, fingers touching the cheeks, spine straightened, looking askance at the sky directly above with the corner of the eye, head slightly tilted upwards. This temporarily controls the moving winds, and ultimately there is a need for the meaning of spontaneously accomplished five lights to arise. Thirdly, the Nirmanakaya's hermit posture is: the shins of the legs are aligned, squatting. The hands encircle the knees, the spine is straightened, and the eyes are half-closed, gazing into space. This temporarily generates warmth in the body, and ultimately there is a need for all phenomena and realms to appear. By practicing in this way, the first posture allows the elements to return to their respective places, the second controls the moving winds, and the third generates warmth and balances the elements, ultimately

Having liberated into the three bodies, one will pass into Nirvana. In the "Decisive" it says: The posture of the Dharmakaya is like a lion, Free from all fears of delusion, One will be able to see with the vajra eye. The posture of the Sambhogakaya is: Depending on the reclining posture of an elephant, Enjoying the meaning of Dharmata, One will be able to see with the lotus eye. The posture of the Nirmanakaya is: Depending on the seated posture of a hermit, Dharmata appearances self-emanate, One will be able to see with the Dharma eye. As it is said, although awareness-wisdom abides in the body, if one does not subdue it with the key points of the means-body, it will not be able to appear in the manifestation of the senses, just as a snake, although having limbs, is not visible unless coiled. The key point of speech is: In "After Death" it says: Speech is the order of learning, Abiding steadily and repeating again. As it is said, even when speaking, one should slightly not speak, relying on the breath being slow, slightly touching the upper and lower lips, and learning to exhale from the mouth and then slightly retract it. In the "Decisive" it says: The breath must be slowed down, It arises from extreme inflation, Cutting the connection between body and mind, And not discriminating in the three realms. With slow breath-awareness, wisdom is accomplished. So it is. The key point of mind is: In "After Death" it says: The mind is directed towards the sky between the eyebrows, The awareness of the three bodies appears as emptiness. As it is said, one should look at the clear sky without clouds or mist, without separating the eye, the sky, and awareness. In the "Decisive" it says: The door is to look at the three bodies with the eyes, If the key point of the door is reversed, The key point of the door is to look down and sideways. As it is said. First is the way of looking at the Dharmakaya: like looking at the crown of the head. Second is the way of looking at the Sambhogakaya: like an archer straightening an arrow shaft. Third is the way of looking at the Nirmanakaya: like a hermit meditating in contemplation. The eyes are slightly closed to look. Clear like the morning star in the east. As it is said, by pointing the senses like a spear towards the outer sky and meditating, one will see the outer realm of reality. By looking sideways to the left and right, or by looking at the sun with slightly closed eyes, one will see the inner realm of awareness. This will lead the senses into the intermediate space and transform the appearance of delusion into a pure land. By learning to look at any of these three postures, one will be able to maintain stability no matter what the eyes are aimed at.
