Especially, it reverses the attachment to the body and prevents falling into samsara. Ultimately, there is a need to be liberated into the Vajra Nirmanakaya. Secondly, the preliminary practice of speech: From the *Abhisamayalankara*: "Speech abides as Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). By increasing, practicing, seeking gentleness, and entering the path, thus speech is tamed, benefiting the mind." So, there are four: increasing, practicing, seeking gentleness, and entering the path. First, increasing has two parts. Increasing the outer appearance: In a secluded place, sit straight in the seven-point posture, relax for a moment, then visualize a blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) in your heart, clear and radiant. When it is clear, with your lips slightly touching, recite the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) mantra in a moderate volume. Visualize many Hums (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) emanating from the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) in your heart, exiting from your right nostril, gradually filling the room where you are. Eventually, visualize all outer appearances being filled with Hums (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), each like a flame, and everything resounding with the sound of Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), vibrating and shimmering. Focus your awareness on awareness and relax slightly. Increasing the inner aggregates: Visualize those Hums (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) entering again from your left nostril, filling your body from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet like a flame, and focus on this. Secondly, practicing has two parts. Practicing the outer appearance: Recite the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) mantra briefly and powerfully, visualizing Hums (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) emanating from the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) in your heart, hot like fire, fast like lightning, sharp like a razor, and forceful like thunder, shooting out abruptly. First, visualize any object in front of you being pierced back and forth, like a spark hitting paper, and then visualize all outer appearances, such as Mount Meru, being pierced up and down, back and forth, without any obstruction, turning into dust, with not even a sesame seed's worth of matter remaining, everything filled with the nature of Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), shimmering, and rest in equanimity for a moment. Practicing the inner aggregates: Again, visualize those Hums (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) piercing your body from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, without leaving out even a portion as small as a hundredth of a horsehair, piercing back and forth, up and down, transforming it into the nature of Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), and focus your mind on this. Thirdly, seeking gentleness: Set up a target, such as a wooden stick of appropriate length, in front of you, and recite the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) mantra, visualizing the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) in your heart emitting Hums (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum).

Like an unbroken string of beads, starting from the root of the tree, winding around and upward like a coiling snake. Then, upon reaching the top, focus on the blue Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) syllable at the apex. Gradually dissolve the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) syllable, visualizing it merging sequentially into the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) syllable at the heart center, and maintain focus on the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) syllable in the heart. Fourth, entering the path: By uttering a melodious and prolonged Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) sound, visualize a Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) syllable separating from the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) syllable in the heart and embarking on the path like a worm. Visualize it traversing mountains, rocks, landscapes, and reaching the unimaginable far end of the universe. At certain points, pause briefly, engaging in clear visualization practice. At times, visualize it moving slowly, uttering a long Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) sound. At other times, visualize it darting like an arrow, uttering a short Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) sound. Then, gradually return, visualizing it residing in front or at the heart center. While uttering the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) sound, integrate the breath and awareness into one. It is crucial to focus single-pointedly on its movement inward and outward. Through such effort, one can universally purify the sins of speech and eliminate obstacles. In particular, one can reverse the clinging to speech. Ultimately, one can be liberated into the Sambhogakaya, the body of perfect enjoyment, of Vajra Speech. Third, the preliminary practice of mind: As stated in the "Scattered Thoughts Sutra": "Where does the mind first arise? Where does it dwell in the middle? Where does it go in the end? By examining and analyzing these three, one can tame the mind and understand the nature of mind." Therefore, one must examine and analyze where it first arises, where it dwells in the middle, and where it goes in the end. First, examine where it first arises: Turn the attention inward and observe which of your body, speech, and mind is most important. What throws us into samsara, and what enables us to attain nirvana? Through observing and analyzing body, speech, and mind, ultimately determine that mind is the most important. Then, from where does our own mind, this mind that constantly generates various thoughts, first arise? Does it arise from external material objects? Does it arise from the manifestation of the internal illusory body? Or does it arise from emptiness, the conditions of parents, etc.? Does mind arise from mind? From what kind of state does it arise? Look outward, look inward, look upward, look downward. Examine where it dwells in the middle: When we think that mind arises from a certain state, then where does mind dwell? Does it dwell on external material objects? Or does it dwell inside or outside our own body? One must observe. Examine where it goes in the end: When we think that discursive thoughts are scattered and the mind has left, where does it go? Where is it going?
