Without artificiality, without adulteration, without alteration, like the purity of the sky. Do not dwell on thoughts, abide in the boundless and limitless. Thus it is said. Furthermore, if awareness is scattered and wild thoughts are rampant, then clearly visualize the form of a bindu (thigle) in the realm of the mind. Do not be too tense, relax slightly, and bind it with the rope of mindfulness, abiding loosely. As the Omniscient Dharma Lord said: "Release, relax as if resting, think of nothing, abandon the thoughts that arise in the mind." Thus it is said. Do not regard self-awareness and bindu as separate, but cultivate in a state of non-duality, self-luminosity, and non-attachment. Focus the mind solely on the form of the bindu and make it stable. Thus, the radiance of the bindu's light will cause one's own head, body, and even all external environments to appear white, becoming increasingly stable and clear. Thus it is said. However, if one cannot achieve this immediately, it is still permissible to learn through devotional practice, without any hindrance. Second, learning the shape: Visualize a white wind bindu at the tip of the nose, about the size of a Tibetan pea. Once it is clearly visualized, rely on the slow inhalation and exhalation of the nostrils. When exhaling, the bindu goes out with the wind, dissipating as a grayish-white color. When inhaling, the bindu comes in with the wind, and one feels a cool sensation at the tip of the nose. Also, if the body is very cold, then visualize the bindu as red in color, with a warm sensation. Third, learning to count: In the natural state of ordinary breathing, focus the mind on counting each breath, starting from one. As it says in the "Five Stages": "The stages of inhalation, retention, and exhalation, also with wisdom as the basis of skillful means, recite the limbs of the mantra without impairment." Thus, if one recites without distraction for even a moment, it becomes the supreme recitation. Fourth, learning the movement of breath: Visualize one's own body as vast emptiness, free from obscurations and hindrances. In the navel center, visualize a skull cup, white on the outside and red on the inside. Inside it, visualize a blue wind vajra (藏文:རླུང་གི་རྡོ་རྗེ་,梵文天城体:वायु वज्र,梵文罗马拟音:Vāyu vajra,汉语字面意思:wind vajra), standing upright, about the size of a pea. Focus on this and practice as much as possible. When a clear and stable experience arises, then, following the movement of breath in the nostrils, when exhaling, the vajra goes out from the right nostril, dissipating as a blue haze; when inhaling, it enters from the left nostril and remains in the skull cup. Practice this with single-minded effort, and when you are familiar with it, then learn the subsequent visualizations. Fifth, learning the combination of inhalation, exhalation, and vase breathing:

। First, clear the impure air three times, then maintain the previous visualization, exhale a long breath forcefully, visualizing the air going far away from the right vajra nostril, and then hold the breath. After that, quickly inhale the air, visualizing the air entering from the left vajra nostril, gently dissolving into the crown below the navel, and then bind it in an unwavering vase breath. At this time, the crown also turns into a red Hum (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) or Ha syllable (藏文:ཧ,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:Ha). After that, visualize it becoming invisible, and when exhaling, visualize the body and mind dissipating like mist, becoming empty. If you cannot endure while holding the breath, inhale slightly from the right, left, and middle to support yourself, and if you still cannot endure, exhale. In this way, no matter whether it is a large, medium, or small vase breath, you must practice diligently until you succeed. If you have already mastered the previous blissful, clear, and non-conceptual vase breath, then others, if they have already mastered it, only need to make a little effort to visualize it. Otherwise, you must visualize until you have an experience. Before you get used to it, do not use too much force, and practicing moderately can reduce obstacles. Second, learning the yoga of bindus for those with desire includes relying on a real consort to learn bliss, and learning the bliss of the air-channel-bindu. First, nowadays, due to individual reasons, most people take a compromise approach and directly practice the latter. For this, the body posture is to sit in the vajra posture, with hands in fists, palms facing up, placed on the knees or thighs, with arms straight. The eyes look straight ahead, without moving the pupils or blinking. The mind's key point is to visualize oneself as an empty and clear blown-up leather bag, in the center of which, Visualize the central channel, with a moderate thickness, like an arrow shaft, red and white in color or white on the outside and red on the inside, clearly appearing in the mind, visualizing it in whatever way is comfortable. Its upper end is connected to the Brahma aperture, and its lower end is four fingers below the navel, straight like a tree trunk, bright like a sesame oil lamp, radiating light, and very thin like lotus petals. On its right is the red Roma channel, and on its left is the white Kyangma channel, which are many times thinner than the central channel. Their upper ends bend from the eyebrow center and insert into the left and right nostrils, and their lower ends both enter the lower end of the central channel. In this way, the three channels exist side by side, and at the locations of the four chakras, the Roma and Kyangma channels inwardly in the way of dissolving into the central channel.
