Thinking with the hope that all sentient beings will be matured and liberated by the river of the four empowerments. From the letters at the three places of the Lama, three rays of white, red, and blue light radiate and dissolve into one's own three places. Combined with the key point of this visualization: From the Om (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:ॐ) at the crown of the Guru, white light radiates. By receiving the four empowerments in this way, the defilements and habitual tendencies of the three doors are purified. Think that you have obtained the four empowerments and manifested the state of the four Kayas. Again, with intense devotion and longing, the Lama transforms into a mass of five-colored light and dissolves into you from the opening of your Brahma hole. Your own three doors become inseparable from the Vajra three of the Lama, and you remain in a state of great bliss that transcends thought and is free from elaboration. Afterwards, dedicate the merit to enlightenment. This is the supreme key to actually bestowing blessings, spontaneously arising realization, and cutting off wrong paths. Although it is not explicitly stated in the copper book or in the key instructions of Omniscient Mipham Rinpoche between taking refuge and generating bodhicitta up to Guru Yoga, the back of the red letter says, "In a secluded place, first accumulate merit," which implies the meaning of the text. This is also an uncommon practice of Je Tsongkhapa, so it is recorded here. Second, regarding the preliminaries for establishing the nature of reality, there are two: training in desireless wind and training in desirous bindu. First, regarding training in desireless wind yoga, there are training in the color of the wind, training in the shape, training in the number, training in the movement, and training in vase breathing. First, regarding training in the color of the wind: the body posture should be straightened in the seven-point posture, and the eyes should be adjusted according to the high and low, sinking and floating. The speech should slowly exhale three long breaths from both nostrils. The mind should visualize the essence of the winds gathered at the eyebrow center, a white bindu the size of a mustard seed, clear and shining. Abandon all conceptual thoughts of the three times, such as hope, fear, faults, merits, negation, affirmation, etc., and focus single-mindedly on the form of the bindu and meditate. No matter how large or small conceptual thoughts arise, cut them off immediately and focus on the bindu. Thus abide. As it is said in the practice of Vajrasattva's mind mantra: "For a moment, focus the mind and abide in the bindu."
