Born in the center. In particular, the basis for hearing and thinking, the five senses such as the eyes, are without defect and complete. The gateway to entry, having faith in what is worthy of faith, not following the inverted paths of heretics, etc., not deviating from the right path, possessing all favorable conditions, namely the five personal perfections. Moreover, the five other perfections are also complete. Because even if the five personal perfections are complete, if the other five are not complete, it is like not being able to see in the night without a lamp. That is: the Buddha came and taught the Dharma, the teachings remain, and there are followers, cherishing compassion for others. Therefore, the teacher Buddha came into the world. He taught the supreme Dharma of liberation. His teachings have not yet disappeared. There are also followers. They can also embrace others with compassion. In addition, I also think that I have people who provide food, clothing, and other favorable conditions. Like this, this precious human body with eighteen qualities of leisure and endowment, no matter from which aspect of cause, condition, metaphor, or number one examines and analyzes, it is certainly difficult to obtain. From the perspective of cause, it is difficult to obtain because it is obtained by relying on our past practice of guarding pure morality. The *Madhyamakāvatāra* says: "The cause of higher rebirth is none other than morality." Therefore, among sentient beings, most accumulate sinful actions, and very few do good. Among these, the cause that can lead to rebirth as a human, namely guarding pure morality, is even rarer than the dust on a fingernail, so in general, a human body is difficult to obtain. In particular, obtaining such a human body endowed with Dharma is accomplished by the power of accumulating many accumulations of merit. From the perspective of conditions, it is also difficult to obtain. This time, I was embraced by the Lama, the virtuous friend, with great compassion. I encountered the profound instructions that, if I can practice, I will definitely achieve enlightenment in one lifetime and one body. Therefore, we have all entered the gate of the profound secret mantra Dharma. We have the right to practice Dharma. The causes and conditions for practicing Dharma are complete and perfect. Mainly, it depends on connecting with good aspirations at the time of death.

I think like this. It is also difficult to obtain from the perspective of analogy, just like a single-holed yoke meeting a blind sea turtle. That is because in the outer great ocean there is a single-holed yoke, and a blind sea turtle stretches its neck once every hundred years to see if its neck can fit into that hole. This is similar to that situation. Why is it so difficult to get in? If that wood had many holes, then even if it couldn't get into one hole, it could get into another. But there is only one hole. If it were fixed in one place, it would be easy to get in. But that wood is moved up and down in all directions by the winds of the world and the waves of the ocean. If that turtle's eyes were not blind, it could see, but its eyes are blind and cannot see. If it looked often, perhaps it could get in a few times. But it only stretches its neck once every hundred years. Oh, this is not actually real. It is only to illustrate the analogy of how difficult it is for us to obtain a human body. Nagarjuna said: 'Compared to a single-holed yoke floating in the great ocean meeting a turtle, it is even more difficult to obtain a human body from the animal realm, O King! Please obtain the corresponding result by practicing the Dharma.' Furthermore, even if countless beans are scattered on the surface of the mud, if other conditions are met, perhaps one or two could remain. But most do not remain. Also, like the Udumbara flower, winter flowers, daytime stars, and so on. I think like this. It is also difficult to obtain from the perspective of numbers. In the world, there are countless animals, birds, beasts, etc. that are owned and not owned by humans. Among them, the animals that live in the depths of the great ocean are the most numerous, like the dregs of brewing wine. Not only that, but in summer, ants, bees, etc. fill the earth, mountains, and sky. But there are even more beings in the preta realm. There are even more beings in the eighteen hells than in the preta realm. Compared to them, we gods and humans are like the edge of the world. Therefore, no matter which perspective you consider, whether it is cause, condition, analogy, or number, it is certain that it is difficult to obtain this human body with six elements. So, what is the need to obtain this human body? All the victors rely on this body to reach the original ground.
