The way of thinking. When reciting Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) in this way, wind and wisdom merge into one, without being distracted outwards, and focusing on the object of focus, then the discriminating thoughts will naturally cease. Thus, there is a need for body, speech, and mind to enter the path. By striving in this way, one can purify the sins of body and speech in common, and eliminate obstacles. In particular, it can stop the attachment to language, and will not fall into reincarnation later. Ultimately, one can attain the fruit of the Sambhogakaya of Vajra speech. The third is the preliminary practice of the mind. The Madhyamaka says: "The first arising of the mind, The middle dwelling and the end, Thus, by examining the three, Train the mind and know the nature of the mind." Therefore, one should think like this: Alas! I used to wander in the three realms of samsara and experienced unimaginable suffering, which was caused by not knowing the true nature of the mind. Those who attain Buddhahood and experience happiness upwards, and those who wander in samsara and experience suffering downwards, seem to be the self-aware mind of awareness. Therefore, if one does not realize the true nature of the mind, then one still needs to wander in endless samsara and experience all kinds of suffering. Therefore, now one must realize the true nature of the mind. Thinking like this, relax the body and mind. From that moment on, do not recall the past, do not welcome the future, and do not make any discriminating thoughts such as "what is this, what is not" about the present awareness, but stay in the natural state, and a naked and silent awareness will appear. After it appears, do not make any modifications or decorations, but stay in the natural state, which is the practice of "awareness gathering" for people with superior faculties, and it is enough to stay in it. However, most people are shaken by discriminating thoughts and it is difficult to recognize this. Therefore, it is very important to strive to find the mind that dwells on the three places of birth, dwelling, and going. Among them, the first is to observe the place of birth and the one who is born, the second is to observe the place of dwelling and the one who dwells, and the third is to observe the place of going and the one who goes. First, observe the place of birth and the one who is born: that is, one's own mind, which is aware, flowing, changing, flickering, thinking of what one does not want to think, appearing what does not want to appear, showing all kinds of thoughts, and what is the first thought?
