Now, as before, abandon the conceptual thoughts of the three times and rest in a state of non-fabrication. When you are accustomed to this, the third is the wrathful deity's way of looking: the body posture is as before, or in a dancing posture, or standing with arrogance, without the mind leaving its natural state, the eyes gaze upwards into space, turning from side to side. Discard habits haphazardly, and from the mouth utter the sounds of wrathful laughter such as "Ha ha hi hi Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phaṭ)" and so on. Practice without abandoning the natural state, and by exerting effort in training the mind, the self-arising, self-manifesting, free from elaboration, without anything to be removed or established, will become like waves dissolving into the ocean. Therefore, the more appearances there are, the more the wisdom of emptiness will increase, just as the more firewood there is, the more flames there will be. By doing this, the Śrāvakas destroy conceptual thoughts and abide in the three doors. Bodhisattvas destroy coarse conceptual thoughts and make the abiding stable. Wrathful deities destroy gross conceptual thoughts and liberate from stability, that is the necessity of doing so. The third is the yoga of the three doors: from the aspect of the body, learn the vajra posture; from the aspect of speech, learn to increase, practice, soften, and seek the path; from the aspect of mind, determine the three places of origin, dwelling, and going. First, the key point of the body is to learn the vajra posture. It is said in the Ornament of Clear Realization: "By assuming the vajra posture, it benefits the body and mind." Therefore, go to a smooth and comfortable place where the ground is flat, without hardness, protrusions, or other obstacles. Place the soles of the feet together, with the ten toes on the ground. Extend the knees outwards. Stack the vertebrae and pull the back of the neck straight, pressing the throat against the Adam's apple. Bring the palms together, not touching the crown of the head and not too far away, tightening the four limbs from the elbows. Gaze straight ahead into the space in front. The key point of the mind is to imagine your own body as a golden five-pronged vajra, radiating light. Do not cling to it too much, just remember it slightly in your mind, and maintain the body posture as long as you can. If you cannot hold it, make the sound of "Hala (Tibetan: ཧལ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हल, Sanskrit Romanization: hala, Chinese literal meaning: Hala)" and drop the body like a corpse in a charnel ground, without any effort. Imagine your mind coming out from the Brahma hole and mixing with the sky, and then rest naked in a state of non-thought.

Then one should meditate for a long time. Then also, one should learn in the same way as before. By striving in this way, warmth arises in the body and flesh increases, stinging pains arise in the body, one cannot stand, the mind remains effortlessly in a non-conceptual state, and so on. At that time, it is said that this is a sign of habituation. By this, in general, the sins and obscurations of the body are purified and the obstacles of demons and obstructors are pacified. In particular, because the attachment to the body is reversed, one will not enter samsara later. Ultimately, one will become enlightened as the Body Vajra Nirmanakaya. Second is the preliminary practice of speech. In the "Decision": Speech abides in the syllable Hum Through blessing and practice, and entering the path of suppleness, thus training speech benefits the mind. It is said, and there are four: blessing, practice, seeking suppleness, and entering the path. The first also has two: blessing the outer appearance and blessing the inner aggregates. First, blessing the outer appearance: On a comfortable seat, straighten the body in the seven-point posture. The key point of the eyes is to gaze motionlessly at the space directly in front, without blinking. The key point of the mouth is to keep the lips slightly apart and let the breath flow naturally. The key point of the mind is to first visualize a blue, clear, and radiant Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable in your heart, of whatever size is comfortable, and hold the mind on it for a moment. Then, vocally utter the melodious and long Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) sound, resounding clearly as far as the breath allows, so that many similar Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllables spontaneously emanate from that Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). They emerge from between your slightly parted lips. First, visualize the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllables filling your doorstep, the house you live in, the city, then the country, and finally the three thousand world systems, and so on, to an extent that the mind cannot comprehend, with each blue flame flickering. Think that all of these Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllables are resounding with a buzzing sound, like a hive of bees. Everything is shimmering with the nature of Hum Remain in that state for a while. Second, blessing the inner aggregates: Again, utter the melodious and long Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) sound as before, and visualize all those Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllables coming towards you, one after another, with a blue glow, entering from between your lips, from the toenails to the crown of your head.
