At that time, without the appearance of a body of flesh and blood, visualize your own body as empty and shimmering in space, and hold the breath slightly. By this, external appearances and internal aggregates will be liberated into emptiness. Secondly, training in power is divided into training in the power of external appearances and training in the power of internal aggregates. By striving in this way, temporarily you will not be harmed by evil spirits, and ultimately the aggregates will be liberated into the rainbow body of clear light. Again, utter the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable, and visualize it completely gathering back into your heart. Again, utter the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable, and visualize it going out as before. After doing this several times, for example, like a guest traveling for business, visualize that Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable sometimes slowly traveling through cities, countries, mountains, islands, islets, and all places, and sometimes stopping for a while, while reciting a long Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable. Sometimes visualize it traveling swiftly like a shot arrow, while quickly reciting the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable. Furthermore, sometimes visualize it crawling slowly like a snail, resting in various directions, and sometimes visualize it shining blue on treetops, mountaintops, and so on, and remain in that state for a while. Sometimes visualize it crossing rivers, traveling in riverbeds, and so on. In short, visualize it traveling through unimaginable realms, and focus your awareness completely on that Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable. Then, finally, visualize it shining blue and coming back, resting on your hand, lap, pillow, or any comfortable place.
