English

Here's how to distinguish Rushen according to the inner method. From "After Death": Because the body is produced by the cause of ignorance, the seeds of the six realms reside within it. Because awareness is the reality of the three bodies, the three bodies manifest as three syllables. Rushen distinguishes the skill of practicing syllables. Also, from "Klongsal": In order to exhaust the causes of inner delusion, distinguish Samsara and Nirvana Rushen according to the inner method. It is said that even if the external Rushen is divided, and the external delusive appearances are temporarily exhausted, if the seeds of inner generation are not exhausted, it is like cutting down a tree, but if the roots are not empty, it will grow again. At the time of one's own death, wind and mind gather in those places, and it is said that one is immediately born in those six realms. Therefore, it is important to purify the seeds of delusion. Thus, what is to be purified are the six seeds of the six realms. The way these six reside is described in "Klongsal": On the crown of the head, throat, heart, navel, secret place, and soles of the feet, A, Su, Nri, Tri, Pre, and Du reside. Therefore, at the soles of the feet, where the root chakra coils, visualize the seed of hell as Du (Tibetan: དུད་, Sanskrit Devanagari: दुद, Sanskrit Romanization: dud, Literal Chinese meaning: smoke), black smoke color. In the secret place, visualize the seed of the hungry ghost as Pre (Tibetan: པྲེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रे, Sanskrit Romanization: pre, Literal Chinese meaning: Pre), green-black. In the navel, visualize the seed of animals inside the root, like a stretched thread, as Tri (Tibetan: ཏྲི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रि, Sanskrit Romanization: tri, Literal Chinese meaning: Tri), red-black. In the heart, visualize the seed of humans inside the life-force root as Nri (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nri, Literal Chinese meaning: Nri), blue-green. In the back of the throat, visualize the seed of Asuras inside the root resembling a ram's horn as Su (Tibetan: སུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: सु, Sanskrit Romanization: su, Literal Chinese meaning: Su), green-yellow. On the crown of the head, visualize the seed of the gods as A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), white. Thus, below each object to be purified, visualize a purifier, the wisdom of awareness, red Ra, like blowing on hot embers. Below that, visualize a green Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yam, Literal Chinese meaning: Yam), with the nature of wind, light and moving. Visualize the letters of the purifier as clear and shining, with rays of light, while the objects to be purified are visualized as lumps of coal, like smoke billowing, appearing black. After this visualization is established, first focus on the soles of both feet and recite: Om Ah Hum, Naraka Sarva Papam Vishuddhe Svaha. (Tibetan: ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ན་ར་ཀ་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ आः हूँ नरक सर्व पापं विशुद्धे स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ naraka sarva pāpaṃ viśuddhe svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum, Hell, All, Sins, Purify, Svaha.) After reciting, visualize wind moving from Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yam, Literal Chinese meaning: Yam) and fire burning from Ram (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: ram, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram), burning Du (Tibetan: དུད་, Sanskrit Devanagari: दुद, Sanskrit Romanization: dud, Literal Chinese meaning: smoke) black smoke color into nothingness. Similarly, recite: Om Ah Hum, Pretaka Sarva Papam Vishuddhe Svaha. (Tibetan: ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་པྲེ་ཏ་ཀ་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ आः हूँ प्रेत क सर्व पापं विशुद्धे स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ preta ka sarva pāpaṃ viśuddhe svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum, Hungry Ghost, All, Sins, Purify, Svaha.) After reciting, visualize wind moving from Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yam, Literal Chinese meaning: Yam) and fire burning from Ram (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: ram, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram), burning Pre (Tibetan: པྲེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रे, Sanskrit Romanization: pre, Literal Chinese meaning: Pre) green-black in the secret place into nothingness. Then, recite: Om Ah Hum, Duryaka Sarva Papam Vishuddhe Svaha. (Tibetan: ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃཿདུཪྱ་ཀ་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་སྭ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ आः हूँ दुर्य क सर्व पापं विशुद्धे स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ durya ka sarva pāpaṃ viśuddhe svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum, Animal, All, Sins, Purify, Svaha.) After reciting, visualize wind moving from Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yam, Literal Chinese meaning: Yam) and
