With devotion, gradually inhale, and when the nostrils are full, contemplate residing in Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ), and let it descend like rain. Support the lower air slightly, and at the navel, maintain the vase-like kumbhaka in a gentle and moderate manner as before. If it is not possible, then draw and supplement from the three places of left, right, and center. If that is still not possible, then with devotion, emit the sound of Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ) in a thin and long manner, expelling it outwards. Again, inhale with the sound of Om (Tibetan: ༀ), etc., performing intense breath-holding exercises, and even if holding the breath for a long time, if there is not much discomfort, then that is a sign of accomplishment in vase-like kumbhaka. Then, the third is, if feeling weary, entering into vocal recitation, which is: Therefore, when weary, recite mantras, expand and contract the mala, and engage in vocal recitation without distraction, possessing the measure of time or number. That is to say, first, perform a clear manifestation and recitation for the three bodhisattvas. Visualize around the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ) syllable in the heart of the deity, a string of mantras to be recited, extremely thin as if written with fine hair, or like knots tied on a horse's tail, extremely thin like pearls strung together, or white and shimmering like mercury, rotating clockwise. From there, focus the mind for a moment. From that point onwards, when it becomes so clear and stable, together with the mala, first recite Om Vajrasattva Ah (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ཨཱཿ), etc., the six-syllable mantra. After that, visualize reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra for a moment. From that point onwards, from the seed syllable and mantra mala in the heart, emanate five-colored rays of light, like beams, offering pleasing offerings to the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. All of their compassion and blessings, in the form of light, like snowflakes falling on a hot stone, gently dissolve into the seed syllable and mantra mala in the heart. Or, in the form of body mudras, speech syllables, and mind symbols, gently dissolve into one's own three places, thereby perfecting the two accumulations, purifying the two obscurations, fully obtaining the four empowerments, and generating great bliss wisdom. Thus, visualizing and reciting is the recitation for gathering self-benefit and blessings. Again, the light shines as before, touching all sentient beings, purifying all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations. Establish all sentient beings in the state of the mandala wheel of glorious Vajrasattva. Gather back, dissolving into the seed syllable in the heart.

Thinking of merging into quiescence is the recitation for the benefit of others. If these two goals are vast in mind, they can be done simultaneously; if not, they can be done alternately. In any case, it is said that the goal just mentioned is more important. Furthermore, not only that, but also regard appearance as deity, sound as mantra, and thoughts as the wheel of wisdom of Dharma nature. Therefore, it is very important for beginners to focus on the mantra rosary from the beginning and recite slowly. If practicing, the number recitation is six hundred thousand times the six-syllable mantra, and six hundred thousand times the hundred-syllable mantra, including the supplement. The time recitation is from six months to one month. The name recitation has no numerical limit. Third, the yoga of the luminous Dharma nature of the mind is: After striving to practice the yoga of deity, mantra, and wisdom as much as possible, when concluding the session, first visualize the clear appearance of all supports and supported, and then from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable at the heart center, five-colored rays of light emanate, touching the outer container and inner content, purifying them into deities. The mass of light gradually dissolves, merging into the protective circle. The protective circle merges into the palace. The palace merges into the clear deity body, father deity, and mother deity that you are visualizing. The father deity and mother deity merge into each other. The father deity merges into the wisdom hero. The wisdom hero merges into the vajra at the heart center. The vajra merges into the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable. The Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable gradually rises, becomes thinner and thinner, and finally the hook-shaped part at the foot merges into A (Tibetan: འ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: 阿), A (Tibetan: འ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: 阿) merges into Ha (Tibetan: ཧ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, Chinese literal meaning: 哈), Ha (Tibetan: ཧ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, Chinese literal meaning: 哈) merges into the head, the head merges into the moon, the moon merges into the bindu, and the bindu merges into the nada, becoming extremely subtle, even to the extent of splitting a horse's tail into a hundred parts. During this time, also focus on this with one mind, and finally visualize it as a rainbow dissolving into the sky, or as the smoke of incense dissolving, being in a state of union of clarity and emptiness, free from all elaboration, without thinking, without contemplating, without abandoning, naturally relaxing. If moved by discursive thoughts, directly look at the nature of whatever appears. Again, when rising from this state and entering into action, like a fish jumping in clear water, instantly rise as the deity body, regard all appearances as the play of deity, mantra, and wisdom, and dedicate the merit. Because this itself is the completion stage that relies on the generation stage, take it seriously and do not enter the completion stage for the time being. Moreover, for those with dull faculties, this can also serve the function of the completion stage, but the completion
