When clear, inhale the upper air and ride the saliva horse. When pressing down, pull the lower air upwards and bind it at the navel in kumbhaka. The visualization should be clear, intense, and sustained. Practice short sessions with many repetitions. Cut off the continuation of good meditation experiences. Maintain the focus of meditation without distraction. If the body is weak and cannot bear it, rest and relax for a while. If the body sweats, it indicates heat loss, so reduce clothing. If this does not help, cool the body by washing with cold morning urine that has been cooled in earthenware, and also apply fine ash. Furthermore, avoid external distractions in visualization, prolonged rest, exposure to wind and sun, thick clothing and food, excessive salt, actions that cause sweating, and salty and rough things like sour, unripe, bitter, salty, and rotten tastes, as well as weakness from sleeping during the day. Consume soft and nutritious foods. Do not engage in overly strenuous activities, but gradually adjust in a natural way. Whatever experiences arise, whether high or low, pleasant or unpleasant, do not accept or reject, affirm or deny, but maintain them in a natural state. When sleeping at night, it is best to sit in full lotus posture, second best to squat, and least best to elevate the pillow and place the right side of the body underneath. Lie on your side with your knees close to your chest. Whichever posture you take, cross your hands in front of you and cover your left and right kidneys with your palms. Focus on the burning ཨཾ་ (Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) at the navel and fall asleep while holding your breath slightly. This will help you seize the clear light of sleep, and it is necessary to maintain the heat of daytime meditation throughout the night. If heat generation is slow, strive to use the tools of the rubbing wood and rubbing cushion as described in the body posture methods. After exhaling the previous breath, inhale immediately and meditate with intense effort. If meditation is not good, rest at intervals of four, eight, or fourteen kumbhakas, in sets of four, without stopping arbitrarily. Also, be careful not to let the visualization wander, and focus only on the state of non-visualization. If heat is not generated throughout the body, concentrate on the area where the heat is weak and meditate intensely, rubbing with both palms. The second is the Tummo of Blissful Dharma. As it says in this text: From then on, with each breath, visualize bodhicitta like a thread emanating from the syllable ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), and so on, based on the seven-point posture of the body, focus on the key points of Tummo.

Again, generate it as before, but the difference is that with each breath, the fierce fire possesses the four qualities and burns like a flash of lightning, touching the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思: ) at the crown of the head. From the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思: ), the stream of bodhicitta, clear, bright, and of the nature of bliss, descends like a thin cotton thread, filling all the channels. When it reaches each of the four chakras, contemplate that the experience of the four joys arises, namely the supreme joy in the throat, the special joy in the heart, and the innate joy in the navel. Each of these contains its own four lesser joys, and one should practice the experience of the four joys with single-pointed concentration, whether it is real or imagined. In this regard, the sequence of signs is slightly as follows: between seeing and generating the fierce fire, it is as before. The difference is that the vase-like union is such that one inhales the upward-moving air from the mouth into the aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思: ) at the navel. Like the touch of molten gold to a burning coal, the fire blazes fiercely with a sound of bliss. When it touches the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思: ) at the crown of the head, the bodhicitta melts like silver liquid. The stream of nectar descends like a thin thread, or drips like pearls. When it mixes with the fire at the navel, it nourishes the fire as if the roots of a tree were moistened with oil, causing it to burn even more brightly. The essence of the moon melting into nectar fills the central channel. From there, it flows into all the subtle channels, and one should contemplate that the body, even the pores, is filled with fire and pervaded by the taste of bliss. Combine this with the vase-like practice, and maintain a continuous flow like burning and dripping, combing and tangling the hair. When this causes bliss in the body and wisdom of joy in the mind, look at the face at that time, maintain a natural state, and meditate. In this way, by striving for the union of bliss, warmth, and the face, when the bliss that fills all activities with essence arises in particular, the method for effortlessly maintaining it for a long time is to contemplate that the stream of bodhicitta flowing from the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思: ) at the crown of the head is like a white silk thread, existing slenderly in the central channel between the navel. In that state of bliss, hold the mind with single-pointed concentration. Third, expanding bliss and warmth into emptiness is the fierce fire of wisdom. Although this is not explicitly stated in this itself, it is a teaching obtained through meaning. As it says in "Profound and Vast": "Bliss and warmth are inseparable in emptiness." And so on. That is, when the experience of bliss and warmth arises from practicing the fierce fire of vows and dharma, the body posture should be like the usual seven-point posture, except that the arms are straightened, the fists are placed on the thighs. The breath should be held in the vase-like manner, held at the navel.
