While contemplating, maintain that state. Practice single-pointedly in meditation. When familiarity with this is firm, as it says in the Kalpa: "Like overturning the ocean and Mount Meru, bringing the four continents under control, placing the sense of taste in the position of speech, placing it on top of the senses, forcefully drawing the power of speech into Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)." According to the seven-point posture, cross the two hands at the heart, press the abdomen against the ribs, twist the four limbs tightly, forcefully contract the fingers and toes, press the tip of the tongue against the palate, widen the eyes and look upwards. The key point of the wind is to forcefully release the lower gate, and with strong breathing, expel the life force. The key point of the mind is to focus the three—eyes, mind, and wind—on the Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:航) at the crown of the head. The essence of the essence, the bindu of the heart of wisdom itself, symbolized by its rotation at the secret place or the tip of the lotus or the tip of the nose, draw the essences from the navel and the four chakras in sequence with the movement of the four joys of lower stability, and gently dissolve them into the Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:航) at the crown of the head. After experiencing the four joys of forward and reverse, remain unmoving in the unobstructed play of the self-arising great bliss wisdom, maintaining that state and diligently practicing meditation. This will enable both the grasping and releasing of bodhicitta. Second, the yoga of subsequent dissolution, the secret instruction for gathering and dissolving samsara and nirvana: As it says in this very text, "Then, having placed the vessel and its contents into clear light," etc. From the Aṃ (藏文:ཨཾ,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:让) at the navel of oneself as the deity, rays of light emanate, striking the vessel and contents of samsara and nirvana, causing everything to dissolve into light and be absorbed into the deity that is visualized. That dissolves into the central channel, and then gradually gathers into the Dharmadhatu and Ahaṃ (藏文:ཨ་ཧཾ,梵文天城体:अहं,梵文罗马拟音:ahaṃ,汉语字面意思:我). Like a rainbow disappearing into the sky, meditate single-pointedly on the state of clear light emptiness. When arising from that clear light, like a bubble bursting from water, instantly transform into the deity form, repeatedly practicing and training as before. Third, connecting the clear light of deep sleep with (the practice) will be explained in the section on the union of limbs below. Then, in the periods after the session, it is said to be good to do each of the following completely: descending bodhicitta, grasping, releasing, pervading, and mixing it with the wind, sending it into space, and infusing the qualities of the wind into the mind. Descending bodhicitta, grasping, releasing, from the crown of the head.

The state of stability between them remains as before, and its widespread dissemination is as follows: As stated in the Kalachakra, "It is disseminated on the body of the Chinese." Therefore, the body should be straightened in the vajra posture. The vase breath is held at the navel, with the life-force and downward-moving energies joined together. The two hands should press the lips with the little finger and ring finger, the nostrils with the middle fingers, the eyes with the index fingers, and the ears with the thumbs. With the elbows extended, the body should be vigorously rotated three times to the left and right, and then the hands should be stretched out, making a "Ha" sound, shaking the body from part to part, which is the manifestation of the lion. To mix with the breath, hold the vase breath about seven times, and together with that, practice the essential points of the mind, mingling them. Transfer that into space, and infuse the qualities of the breath into the mind, as explained above in the wisdom of tummo. Alternatively, when the experience of bliss and warmth arises, combine the seven key points of the body with the vase breath of the key points of the breath, and focus on the essence of the warmth and bliss that arises. Without stopping the sensation of bliss and warmth, its nature is not established anywhere, nor does it appear in any way, and the wisdom of great bliss, which transcends all conceptualizations, arises even more. By resting in that state, experience arises in relation to the above-mentioned things, wisdom is increased, and the qualities of the breath are infused into the mind, thereby transcending into the wisdom of primordial purity and great bliss. These are the yogas of bliss. Secondly, the limb yoga, which is divided into the actual and the incidental. First, the actual is divided into two, the first being the yoga of the daytime. As it says in this very text, "Visualize oneself as the form of a goddess, with a drop of nectar at the crown of the head and a drop of fire at the navel," and so on. Bring the union of the sun and moon and the subsequent yoga under experience. Visualize oneself as the form of a goddess, in the center of the empty and clear body, free from obscurations and obstacles. The three channels, the source of phenomena, and A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal meaning: A) and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) should be visualized as before, but with the difference that the hands are clenched into fists and placed on the knees, eliminating stale air. Then, after holding the life-force and downward-moving energies at the navel for a few vase breaths, press the abdomen against the spine and vigorously perform the emptying of the body, expelling the life-force along with the fire of tummo.
