When it is clear, cloudless, and windless, in a place like a rooftop without cover, take measures to shield from wind and sun. In the morning, face west; in the afternoon, face east; and look at a wide-open space. If comfortable, at noon, face north. The key point for the eyes is to keep the eyelids from drooping and the eyeballs from moving. With a very clear and intense gaze, fix your attention on the sky directly in front of you, about an arrow's length away from your brow, using it only as a support to prevent the mind from wandering. Abandon all elaborations of conceptual thought about the three times, and remain in a state where wind, mind, and sky are blended together. Sometimes tighten, sometimes loosen, alternately settling in equanimity. At night, the key points for the body and wind are the same, except that the gaze is straight ahead, the eyes are half-open, the eyelids do not droop, and the eyeballs do not move. Simply rest your mind on the dark blue space you are gazing at, using it as a support to prevent the mind from wandering. The key point for the mind remains the same as before, practicing by alternately tightening and loosening. In any case, restrain the key points of the body and the way of looking, and do not interrupt the good meditative experience. Practice repeatedly with short sessions and many repetitions. If you become bored, do not tighten the mind too much, nor loosen it too much, but relax naturally. In this way, combine the yoga of day and night into one and practice it. If you can control the mind, you can control the wind. By controlling the wind, the appearances of emptiness and form will become clearer and more stable than before during the dhūta (དྷཱུ་ཏི) practice. If these appearances are stable and unmoving, do not move the eyeballs, but guide your gaze to the sky at varying distances, focusing intently on the various signs without distraction, gazing with wide-open eyes. In situations where up and down are uncertain, exert effort to stretch upwards. If the signs appear high in the sky, gradually lower your gaze and focus your mind on any phenomenon. Alternatively, if the appearances of emptiness and form appear directly below your eyes, gradually lower your gaze and blend them with the phenomenon. In this way, the phenomenon will also appear as emptiness and form. By focusing on these, impure phenomena will cease, and all appearances will appear as emptiness and form. Furthermore, keep your head straight, align it with the front of your two nostrils, and focus on emptiness and form. It is said that you will see the colors of the five winds. If you focus on the boundary between the white and black hairs below the navel, bliss and warmth will arise, and eventually you will see the central channel and all the chakras. Do not be attached to these, do not waver, but focus your gaze on them to extract the essence.

Through diligent practice, when stability is achieved, one can clearly and unobstructed see the immeasurable appearances of pure and impure realms, such as the stable and moving world. The body and mind experience a state of bliss, clarity, non-conceptual nature of luminosity, and manifest excellent experiences, the birth of exhaustion, the Buddha-eye, and supernatural powers, etc., immeasurable and boundless qualities. These are the yogas of Tummo Caṇḍālī. Third, to purify the bodhicitta of arrangement, there are three bliss yogas: the oral instruction of subduing through the upper gate, the union of sun and moon; the yoga of dissolving and integrating samsara and nirvana, the yoga of dissolving after death; and combining this with the luminosity of the heart. First, the oral instruction of subduing through the upper gate, the union of sun and moon: As it says in this text, "Then, again, visualize the body of the goddess as before, with the two winds meeting at the crown." That is, the body should be in the seven-point posture, visualizing oneself as the body of the goddess, with three channels in the body. At the navel chakra, visualize a dharma-source with the letters ཨཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, literal meaning: Tibetan seed syllable) and ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Tibetan seed syllable) at the top and bottom, like the dharma-tummo between the burning tummo, clearly established. When these are stable, expel waste air, and at the navel chakra, bring the two winds of life-root and downward-moving air together at the crown, igniting the navel tummo with four unions. From this, the fire of tummo, with four characteristics, rises like lightning from the dhūti channel, filling the entire body with fire. From this, rays of fire radiate in all directions from all the senses and pores, burning and destroying all demons and obstacles, making all essences luminous, and gathering them back into oneself. The fire touches the ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Tibetan seed syllable) at the crown chakra, melting all the bodhicitta in the channels and gathering it into the ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Tibetan seed syllable) at the crown chakra. From this, the bodhicitta descends like a thin white thread. In the four chakras, starting from the crown chakra, it descends in the order of the four increasing joys, until the navel chakra is filled with essence and coiled. From this, from the essence of essence, arises a clear white bindu of wisdom essence, the size of a mustard seed, radiating light, located in the secret place. Or, at the pistil of the lotus, it rotates to the left like a rotating fire wheel, experiencing the four joys in reverse order, and finally the unbearable bliss of co-emergent wisdom arises.
