Continuously meditate with devotion and respect, and then fall asleep. If desired, one can also explain in detail the meaning of refuge, its benefits, and the teachings to be followed. Sixth, the root of the Great Vehicle - the instruction on generating Bodhicitta: The Key Instructions say: "To turn away from the inferior path of refuge, one should generate Bodhicitta." That is to say, no matter which direction you measure from, just like the sky is limitless, so too are the realms of the world without end. All of these are completely pervaded by sentient beings of the six realms without any gaps. Of all these sentient beings, there is not one who has not been my parent, and they have done so countless times, bestowing immeasurable help and saving me from immeasurable harm. They are all benefactors. They all desire happiness, but due to their lack of skill, they only create suffering. Their desires and actions are completely reversed. These poor madmen! Generate strong compassion, as if your feet and heart were being stabbed. Now, I will liberate them from the suffering of samsara and quickly establish them in the supreme, perfect, and complete enlightenment of Buddhahood. Because I do not have this ability now, I will quickly attain the Buddhahood that can liberate all beings. For this purpose, I will practice the profound path of Vajra Samaya Yoga. Generate a strong desire, and recite with your mouth: Difficult to cross is the ocean of samsara, For the sake of liberating beings equal to space, The supreme and perfect Bodhicitta, I now generate this aspiration. Recite it a hundred times, a thousand times, etc., from the depths of your heart, and combine it with the exhalation and inhalation of breath. May all the sins and sufferings of all sentient beings ripen upon me, and may all my merits and happiness
