Combining recitation and visualization into one, the general empowerment recitation visualization is done as an empowerment that possesses the essential points. Even if reciting the mantra, for beginners, it is not only easy to practice these five visualizations in rotation, but also, as the immaculate oral tradition says, it is good to practice them separately. Like this, I write without any concealment. Among the five visualizations, the first is to visualize within the Dharma-genesis palace located four fingers below the navel, visualize the nature of fire, visualize the red A-sha (Tibetan: ཨ་ཤད་), or the red Om (Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), whichever is easier to appear in the mind. Focus on the subtle, flickering flame, about two fingers high, and then exhale. The fierce tummo fire is stimulated by touching the body of the consort, so the consort's body appears as the deity of the nature of fire, from which red light emanates, striking Hayagriva, so from the Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) at Hayagriva's heart, light rays emanate, mixing with the wind and spreading outward. Filling the expanse of space to the extent of one's intention, effortlessly gathering all the phenomena of samsara and nirvana that need to be controlled, melting into white and red bodhicitta. It enters with the breath, entering from the nostrils, and dissolves into the tummo fire below the navel. Thinking of generating the great bliss wisdom of non-duality of samsara and nirvana, and maintaining in this state, holding the breath, this is the recitation of the Great Bliss Vajra, which is the first visualization. The second, as before, the light from the heart mixes with the breath and spreads outward, stimulating the mind-streams of all the Buddhas. All sentient beings are purified into the mandala of deities. When the breath enters, visualizing all the immeasurable Buddhas appearing as non-dual samsara and nirvana, inviting them all to dissolve into the fire of the Dharma-genesis palace, thereby fully obtaining the four empowerments, generating the wisdom of great bliss. Maintaining in this state, holding the breath, this is the recitation of the Sambhogakaya Vajra, which is one visualization. The third, as before, as the breath is exhaled, the light from the heart spreads outward, touching all sentient beings of the six realms, eliminating suffering. Recognizing all beings as parents, with unbearable compassion for those suffering in the illusory samsara without self-nature, when the breath enters, they all come together, dissolving into the fire, strongly visualizing bodhicitta, thinking that the activity of taming beings manifests without interruption.

Furthermore, retaining the vital energy is the recitation of the Nirmanakaya Vajra, which is one session of contemplation. Fourth, alternately, like the profoundness of space, In a state of no intention, abruptly transform and retain the vital energy, which is the recitation of the Dharmakaya Vajra, this is one session of contemplation. Thus, these four sessions of contemplation are called the Four Kayas Vajra Recitation, and all four are performed in conjunction with vase breathing and the four unions. However, for beginners whose vital energy is not yet refined, it is difficult to perform on top of vase breathing. In particular, it is not appropriate to hold strong vase breathing without first training the channels. Therefore, for the time being, just contemplate with intention, or combine with the natural flow of breath, or with both going slowly, and after training, perform on top of gentle vase breathing, just slightly holding the breath through the nostrils, which will come out well. For those who have refined vase breathing, fill all four contemplations with vase breathing, and at the time of unwavering union, as described in the fifth contemplation, it is said to be extremely excellent to recite the mantra with the mind closed. If you cannot recite with intention, then the vital energy itself is the recitation in this case, so there is no fault of interruption. Fifth, the general empowerment recitation is: if you are tired of Vajra recitation, you can enter into speech recitation, that is, from the heart of Hayagriva in the heart center, from the syllable Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shā) and the garland of mantras, emit red rays of light, hot, rough, sharp, like a hook-like assembly, visualize any desired object of accomplishment, or in general, like a magnet attracting iron filings, grasp from the hearts of all sentient beings, and gather them into light. Visualize it dissolving into the syllable Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shā) in the heart center, in conjunction with the contemplation of gathering and dispersing. Add forty-six words of subjugation below the mantra of the main deity and retinue combined as described in the "Accomplishment of Activities." The standards for time, number, etc., follow the practice manual. Thus, in the yoga of deity and mantra, after practicing until you are not tired, dissolve the deities arranged on the body into light in their respective places, together with the deities of the base body, gather them like clouds dissolving in the sky, and in the clear and empty realm free from attachment, in the uncorrected state of self-born self-awareness, pause for a moment, Rest in equanimity. If conceptual thoughts arise, then look at the essence of what arises with clear and vast hope, but nothing can be grasped anywhere. Self-aware self-
