我如常在ཟིན་ཐུན་ཐོ་རེ་ལོང་中发布的这个，是获得了诸佛总集圣者观世音，示现为殊胜上师之相，恩德无等怙主化身大伏藏师之吉祥歌集中的欢喜许可。为了接续其足，想要修持念诵的具信精进者比木达，由于大求解脱的劝请，疯僧法吉祥于土兔年（藏历）十二月上弦初十完成书写。愿如法修持的修行者充满并兴盛整个大地。对于没有修持意愿，仅仅抄写获得传承的人，不要广泛传播。ཨཐྎཿ（藏文）善哉！

At the urging of Bimukta, a devoted and diligent practitioner who wishes to continue his practice and recitation, and who greatly seeks liberation, the mad monk Dharmaśrī completed the writing on the tenth day of the waxing moon in the twelfth month of the Earth Rabbit year. May all the earth be filled and flourish with practitioners who properly practice it. It should not be widely disseminated to those who have no intention of practicing, but only copy it to receive the transmission. ATHAḤ (藏文) Virtuous!
