Recitation based on observation is called the recitation of non-duality of self and other. The three contemplations of the great intellect are combined into one, and if one cannot, one can practice them alternately. Secondly, the recitation of great bliss is the "Doli" rotating recitation, in which the mantra garland rotates outward from the mouth of the Father, and inward to dispel obstacles. The key points of the two recitation methods are clarified in the practice manual. If these two contemplations are practiced alternately, it is said that it is good to rotate inward in the morning and evening, and outward in the afternoon and evening. When practicing the wheel mantra, for those great intellectuals who have mastered the Samadhi of mindfulness of their own self-awareness, the mantra garland that appears in their hearts is rotated around the bodies of the Father and Mother, as if they were the main deities of the four castes. Those who are less qualified should recite according to the order of recitation, following the contemplation of the lotus rotating from their own mouths. However, for those who have small minds and need to hold the recitation with focused mindfulness, since the mantra garland and the mantra to be recited are not the same, the contemplation is more difficult, so they can only contemplate the mantra to be recited rotating around the bodies of the Father and Mother. The practice manual also says that the focus of contemplation is on Doli, so it seems that all mantras need to be recited, but in the actual practice now, even in each session, first clarify the contemplation of gathering and releasing, such as "the mind's awareness is in the Dharmakaya," and then recite in the order of the main deity, retinue, blessing, and absorption. In particular, after clarifying the meaning of Doli through phrases such as "from the wheel of Dharma in the heart," only recite the part that corresponds to the ten syllables of the main mantra. However, it is sufficient to recite according to one's own wisdom and ability, and there is no need to be too rigid. In any case, during the practice period, there is no need to constantly urge recitation in each session. After clarifying the intention of recitation, one can begin to recite. The method of calculating the number of mantras in each session is: when reciting the ten-syllable mantra one thousand times, recite the Hayagriva parents one hundred times each, the retinue mantra thirty times, and the blessing and absorption ten times each. By calculating in this way, the total number of ten-syllable mantras is ten million, etc., which are clearly stated in the practice manual. After ten million is one hundred thousand, and after one hundred thousand is one thousand, which is one-tenth of one's own.

Furthermore, supplementary recitations should also be consistent with the general practice. After clarifying the intention of the recitation (Jap), request the generation of Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara from the seed syllable HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥), and bless the rosary by transforming it into the form of the deity. Hold the rosary by placing the four fingers of the right hand together on top of the index finger and moving the beads with the thumb, or by moving the beads with the thumb and index finger of the left hand, whichever is more convenient. In any case, the recitation should be free from errors such as being too fast, too slow, interrupted, or omitted. At that time, visualize the mantra garland in each person's heart as thin and clear, burning like a butter lamp, and from it, the sound of the mantra emanates like the buzzing of bees in a hive. Visualize that all the main deities and retinue, as well as all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, and yoginis filling the sky, are also reciting the mantra. Beginners should focus on the mantra garland from the beginning and recite the mantra slowly. Always remember to maintain the clear visualization of the deity and the firm conviction that you are the deity. In particular, after each round of the mantra, make a clear reminder with the image of the deity. It is said that devotion to the Guru and the deity, and compassion for sentient beings, even a moment's remembrance, are essential. If you feel tired from the recitation, you can do as it is said in the concluding offering and praise ritual. After that, you can recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and the confession of "Homage, in this mandala of the assembly of all Sugatas (藏文:ཧོཿ བདེ་གཤེགས་ཀུན་འདུས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འདིར།)" etc. These confessions can be recited at the end of each session, or they can be omitted, there is no problem. The summary should be done after the evening session. In any case, the final stage is the completion stage: practice the action of not destroying and arising again. The manifestation of the Buddhas also merges into the Dharmadhatu, dissolving into it, and symbolically arising from it. Afterwards, as the scriptures say, "All outer and inner contents (藏文:ཕྱི་ནང་སྣོད་བཅུད། ཀུན།)", visualize the mandala of the Samaya and Jnana beings as inseparable. The light from your heart shines on all the outer and inner contents, purifying them and dissolving them into the palace. Then, the retinue, starting from the north gate, dissolves in a counterclockwise direction into the main deity, the mother into the father, the father into the wisdom being, and the wisdom being into the heart syllable HRIH That syllable also dissolves into the inconceivable Dharmadhatu. Abide in this state, free from the grasping of knower and known, the naked awareness is the self-born wisdom, which is the view. In this state, without acceptance or rejection, relax and abide, maintain it for a while.
