The wind wheel moves. The deities in the secret place burn like fire. Connecting with the Aṃ (藏文:ཨཾ་,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་) at the navel, sequentially stimulate the deities of the four wheels. With the burning fire, touching the Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:ཧཾ་) at the crown chakra, the stream of great bliss bodhicitta descends, filling the four wheels. The deities burn in great bliss. Thus, be attached to the appearance of the deities until you are not tired of it. If you are tired, then enter into recitation from there. In the central channel above your own crown chakra, visualize a white Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:ཧཾ་) syllable facing downwards. Four fingers below the navel, visualize a red Aṃ (藏文:ཨཾ་,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་) syllable. Below the secret wheel, between the groin, visualize the anus decorated with a bow-shaped wind wheel, adorned with Yaṃ (藏文:ཡཾ་,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:ཡཾ་), and combine them with vase breathing. Due to the drawing in of the lower wind, stimulate the Yaṃ (藏文:ཡཾ་,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:ཡཾ་) at the anus, causing the wind wheel to move. Squeeze the deities of the lotus wheel in the secret place, causing them to burn like fire. The fire and wind mix and go upwards, connecting with and stimulating the Aṃ (藏文:ཨཾ་,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་) at the navel's gathering point. From this, the flames of fierce fire, subtle, hot, and sharp, burn intensely. This stimulates the deities of the navel wheel, and so on. The deities of the four wheels between the navel, heart, throat, and crown are sequentially stimulated, and with the burning light, the entire inside of the body is illuminated with red light, and a warm sensation arises. As such, the burning flames, by touching the Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:ཧཾ་) at the crown, cause the stream of great bliss bodhicitta, like icicles or pearls, to drip down, descending into the central channel. The entire inside of the body appears white, and you feel happiness. Believe in this. Thus, the crown, throat, heart, and navel wheels, the four wheels, are filled in sequence, and the deities mix like the union of the sun and moon. With the play of great bliss, believe that they are thoroughly burning in the nature of non-dual great wisdom. Also, at the places of the four wheels, such as the crown, sequentially mix joy, supreme joy, special joy, and innate joy into the mind, and combine each one with seven or twenty-one vase breaths, etc., according to the occasion. If you maintain focus, then combine it with the state of each of the four joys, and perform the mind recitation of blessing, gathering, and combining the essence of the main deity and retinue. Second, the recitation of gathering and dissolving.

Therefore, all Buddhas of the three times without exception, sentient beings with love and hatred, whatever goes to the time and essence, gather and absorb wind without distinction, fire burns and thoroughly burns afflictions, in the nature of emptiness and great compassion, remain naturally and spontaneously. Thus it is. Furthermore, transform the winds and drops of the wheel into the body of the deity, visualize it as clearer and more radiant than before, with blazing splendor. When exhaling, the rays of light emanating from the syllable "ཧྲཱིཿ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) in the heart, emerge from the nostrils, filling the expanse of the sky to the extent of one's mind. When inhaling, all the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, together with their retinues, and all sentient beings, near and far, with love and hatred, without discrimination, all the opportunities for taming and the means of taming, all of them merge with that light, inseparable from the wind, gathered through the path of the nostrils, and absorbed into the syllable "ཨཾ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: अṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om) at the navel. When the vase breath is filled and pressed, the fierce fire of inner heat blazes, burning all the karma of samsara and the delusions of clinging to the two afflictions, dissolving into the realm of the unity of luminous emptiness and great compassion, in that state, without any modification such as tightening or loosening. Without any thought in the mind, relax awareness, and abide in the natural and spontaneous state. Combined with the wind, cultivate clarity in impartiality, and also recite with intention.

With. The white and red bodhicitta melt into one. Gather and absorb the substances of practice and oneself into the secret place. Visualize them merging into the HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城體:ह्रीः,梵文羅馬擬音:hrīḥ,漢語字面意思:啥) at the heart. Intensely cultivate love and compassion. Blend them equally into the state of emptiness. Practice holding the breath and reciting mantras. It is said. This has both mental recitation combined with breath and simple verbal recitation without combination. Although there is no difference in the visualization of expansion and contraction, the difference lies in whether it is combined with inhaling and exhaling. If we consider breath recitation, when the breath goes out, from the HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城體:ह्रीः,梵文羅馬擬音:hrīḥ,漢語字面意思:啥) syllable at the heart of oneself and the deities generated in front, red rays of light in the shape of iron hooks, hot and rough like the fire of lightning and the heat of the sun, flash out with the appearance of piercing, hardness, and sharpness. That light strikes the beings of the object to be visualized, seizing the hearts of males and the secret places of females, causing them to tremble and bend forward involuntarily. Intoxicated by the heat of the light from the heart, the essence of white and red bodhicitta melts drop by drop. When the breath comes in, visualize the substances of practice, the deities generated in front, and one's own secret place being completely gathered and absorbed, and their essence merging into the HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城體:ह्रीः,梵文羅馬擬音:hrīḥ,漢語字面意思:啥) syllable at the heart. While filling and releasing the breath, intensely cultivate love and great compassion, and equally blend it into the state of emptiness free from elaboration. Hold the vase breath and combine it with that, and connect the mantra of subjugation of power below the mantra of the main deity and retinue, and recite mentally. If you get tired of that, then without combining with the breath, connect the visualization of expansion and contraction and the mantras as before and do verbal recitation. Thus, these two methods of recitation should be practiced alternately. This is the uncommon instruction of the action practice. Even if you practice well in this way, if you do not see signs, then combine the uncommon visualization of the action practice related to both oneself and the front, with what was just said. It is said that accomplishment is achieved by reciting single-pointedly only the thirty-five-syllable action mantra attached below the male and female life force connected to the six-syllable father mantra and the nine-syllable mother mantra respectively. Outer practice of number recitation
