No matter which direction the land is, from the middle of the two nostrils is the sky, above is the wind, at the wings is fire, the surface of the pillar is water, and below, the earth winds flow. The colors are also that the earth wind is yellow, the water wind is white, the fire wind is red, the wind of wind is green, and the sky wind is blue. The size also passes from four fingers below the navel, and runs from the tip of the nose to between twelve and sixteen fingers. Among these winds, the ones that run in the nostrils, and the moving winds, etc., are coarse. The nature of the five elements of wind that do not move and rotate within the body, and the ten kinds of changing winds, the vehicles that move various thoughts, etc., are medium. The winds that become the vehicles of the four appearances are subtle. In particular, the wind of the clear light vehicle is extremely subtle. Moreover, the classifications of wind that arise from different instructions are also because the wind of wisdom is of all kinds. In order to follow it, gathering at one point, so do not think it is contradictory. Third, regarding the classification of the arrangement of bindus, there are two kinds: the bindu of ultimate wisdom and the bindu of conventional consciousness. The first is, becoming the root or master of all bindus, the basis of the lineage of cause, the nature of the three, essence, nature, and compassion, having the characteristic of emptiness, clarity, and unobstructedness, called the Great Indestructible Bindu. As it is said in the Vajra Illusion Sutra: 'That which dwells in the hearts of sentient beings, the self-born, stainless form of wisdom, the indestructible bindu, the great bliss, pervades all like the sky, is the nature of the un abiding Dharmakaya.' Also, as it is said in other tantras such as the Abhisamayalankara and others: 'That which always dwells in the heart, the one bindu that does not change, the person who cultivates it, will surely generate wisdom.' Thus, the bindu of Dharmata is originally the great bliss that is free from elaboration and unchanging, having the nature of all kinds. The second is, how does the bindu of nature, which is connected to consciousness, from the self-radiance of the root indestructible bindu, abide? Also, at the junction of the three channels below the navel, the sun Asha within the essence of blood and the inner heat or called bindu, becomes the master of all the heat and redness of the body, and above the crown chakra

The moon in the essence of semen, called the "Hum" syllable spring (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), is the master of all white elements, possessing the nature of ease and bliss. These two, in the net of illusion, are the bindu of Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri, the embodiment of skillful means and wisdom, abiding in the central channel. They cause sentient beings to move upwards or downwards at the time of death and serve as the support of consciousness. As the Primordial Buddha said, "When sentient beings die, the lunar nectar goes downwards, above, the solar dust Rahu appears, consciousness combines with the nature of existence." These two are the basis for the generation of all bindus. From this, in relation to the four elements, at the center of the four chakras of the general, throat, heart, and navel, are the embodiments of the four kayas of body, speech, mind, and wisdom. The four bindus of the water, fire, wind, and earth elements, in sequence, generate the four states of dullness, wakefulness, dream, and deep sleep, that is, generate the four impure states. During the path, they are the cause for the arising of the wisdom of the four joys, and by practicing, the delusions of the four states to be purified are purified, and from purity, the ultimate reality of the Dharmata bindu is manifested, becoming the master of attaining the four kayas. Taking these four as what is to be attained, together with the space element in the pervasive crown chakra and the two bindus of the wisdom element in the secret place, there are a total of six bindus. These two have the same key point as the previous A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) and Hum (Tibetan: ཧྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Furthermore, the bindus of the five chakras above the navel chakra are taken as what is to be pervaded, and the bindu of the secret chakra is taken as the pervader. Moreover, through the distinction of the navel chakra, secret chakra, and jewel, they abide in the essence of the three liberations of the bindus of body, speech, and mind. Starting from becoming the master of these, among the three ways of the accomplishment, abiding, and transference of the subtle substances of the elements in the body, first, how they are accomplished: In the womb, they grow by connecting with the mother's channels, and after birth, the food is digested by phlegm in the stomach, bile changes the color, wind and fire work together, and through the burning, melting, and purification of the three internal fires, the essence is transformed into blood in the liver, and through the channels, it is gradually transformed into flesh, fat, bones, marrow, bodhicitta, radiance, and strength. The residue of these is also sequentially phlegm or urine, bile, skin, eyebrows and hair, teeth and nails, the dirt of the bone marrow cavity, and the final dripping of joy, that is, the nourishment of the body.
