When practicing, abandon distractions during the day and meditate. At night, transform sleep and dreams into clear light and the form of a deity. Relying on the self-luminous awareness consort, without distraction for even a moment day and night, abandon all ordinary conceptual thoughts. By meditating for six months, the subtle and coarse winds mostly dissolve into complete absorption. In particular, the subtle wind of transference, which is the basis for obscurations of the three appearances, operates in about seven chakras of the channels. Even though all four appearances arise from all the chakras in general, here the seven chakras are considered as the main ones. The winds of the three places—throat, neck, and heart—dissolve into one's own body through skillful means. The three wheels of the navel, secret place, and jewel rely on the seal.

Therefore, it needs to be dissolved. In the two sets of three chakras, the extremely subtle air that serves as the mount for the conceptualizations of appearance, increase, and attainment, and the mount of the four moments of near attainment and instant, is the state where the three appearances are integrated, that is, all are combined, or mainly arises from the equality of the three lower chakras. But the special place here is the chakra at the tip of the vajra and the tip of the lotus. Thus, from the moment of obtaining the illusory body, one constantly practices, so that the stages of the illusory body are completed, and the subtle air that transfers along with it flows through about seven chakras, or can be stopped during meditative absorption. By binding the movement of the sun and moon, the coarse body of fruition transforms into a state with eight qualities. As it is said: "Subtle form, light touch, pervasive, truly attained, extremely clear is shown, mastery and transformation at will." As it is said, the body that can enter anywhere without hindrance is subtle. Because it is not harmed by the four elements, it is indestructible, and it moves equally with the sky and so on, so the touch is light. Because large or many forms can simultaneously accomplish purposes in many places, it is pervasive. Because the samadhi in which coarse appearances appear like illusions arises spontaneously, it is truly attained. Because it can show the appearance of magical powers to others, it is extremely apparent or very clear. Because there is no fear or apprehension, it is stable. Because achieving one's own desires does not depend on others, but becomes independent, it is mastery. Because many actions and accomplishments are achieved merely by thinking, it is transformation at will. Therefore, through six months of practice, this is a sign or day mark of approaching the attainment of supreme accomplishment, the noble path. It is mainly a sign of the body. Being able to appear in this way is also a sign of the mind. This is called the common accomplishment obtained incidentally by relying on the completion stage and specifically practicing the supreme thing. At that time, the signs are: in a dream, one enters into the bliss, clarity, and non-conceptual bodhi, and from it arises as a wisdom body, etc. The deity of the illusory body also actually becomes a deity that does not go beyond the four mudras.
