Rest evenly in the state of appearing. Then, recognize the clarity of mind that arises from the reversal of the three appearances. Due to the cause of the bliss that arises from the dissolution into the indestructible wind, the three causal minds, together with the wind, in the appearance of the awakened experience, without relying on the effort generated by conceptual thoughts, the deity of the mind's nature, which does not appear as substantial, is like a rainbow in the sky, and the complete parts of the body adorned with marks and signs are like an illusory person or an image in a mirror, and clear and unobstructed, pervading all the realms of manifestation, contraction, and activity, symbolized by metaphors such as the moon in water, the image of the Samadhi becomes clear and arises spontaneously. This is the means by which the deity of the illusory body arises as the deity of wisdom through the power of habituation. Gradually, through the stages of subsequent manifest enlightenment, it is absorbed into the clear light, and from this, the unobstructed wisdom body arises as the deity of union, and therefore it is connected as cause and effect. In short, when the latter half of the third stage of completion, the yoga of speech Vajra, is completed, the appearances of the three appearances of that practitioner, with the body and retinue, with speech and attainment, and with mind, all the stable and moving things of the three realms of the three times, simultaneously appear as the form of the deity's body and the wheel of the mandala, pervading the sky, which is called the illusory body. In the Five Stages, it says: "That which is connected with the wind, the three consciousnesses again, arise in the body of the yogi, this is said to be the illusory body." It is also called self-blessing, in the Heruka Kalpo it says: "The self-blessing of the fruit, like illusion and the moon in water, and like a rainbow, is unreal, thus it appears as the body of the fruit, adorned with marks and signs." Thus it is said that luminosity is called self or self-nature, and because it is blessed in the form of body, speech, and mind, it is called the first of the three stages of completion of the fruit, self-blessing. Secondly, how to practice it with day and night yoga, divided into two, first, the yoga of the day, then Vajradhara.

Bless! May the three realms dissolve into light with Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)! May existence and quiescence pass through the dhūti channel with Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), and dissolve into the bindu of the heart! May that itself be purified into emptiness with Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿)! Meditate in the state of emptiness! Whatever bliss and emptiness wisdom arises, recognize it and generate the mandala wheel! That is to say, as previously explained, gather into the light of example, and from that, meditate single-pointedly on the yoga of arising as the illusory body deity, so that Stability is attained in meditation and one's own ground is seized. Afterwards, in post-meditation, take hold of whatever appears with the good experience of meditation, mix it with illusion, and meditate on equality without acceptance or rejection. In this way, practice both meditation and post-meditation. When you are accustomed to it, then clarify the object of focus as previously explained, and do the vajra recitation. When the breath rises outward with the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), all appearances of the three realms, container and contents, tremble and shake, and are surrounded by flames and dissolve into light. When the breath enters inward with the sound of Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), all that is stable and moving passes through the path of the dhūti and dissolves in the form of light into the indestructible bindu in the center of the heart chakra. When the breath remains with the sound of the letter Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), all of that is purified into emptiness in the realm of aimless dharmata, so that all illusory appearances are clarified into the emptiness of clear light, and one should rest equally in the state like a cloudless sky, free from effort and accomplishment. From that state, the bliss generated by the blazing appearance of the wind dissolving into the indestructible, and the wisdom that arises from the three emptinesses of the mind, together with the mount of wind, should be recognized. From the cause of the wind-mind of clear light, the mandala wheel of deities arising from the condition of melting bliss, like a fish leaping from clear water, arises in an instant. Meditate in a state of non-conceptual, non-mistaken manner, and practice repeatedly generating melting bliss without leakage. Secondly, the yoga of the night: During the day, gather the previous container and contents into clear light, and strive single-pointedly to arise as an illusory deity. By the force of this virtuous practice, merely by changing the intention at the time of falling asleep, one can seize the clear light of sleep, or dreams are naturally seized, and one enters into clear light. These two
