Then, that which is unborn and unceasing, the knowable that is seen here, the emptiness of things is emptiness itself, not a distinction of the aggregates. Thus, Manjushri briefly explained his intention of his view. Therefore, the external object of grasping, the internal mind of holding, and in between, including one's own body, speech, and mind, without clinging to these, when abiding in a state of non-objectification, without thinking of anything, it is the union of calm abiding and insight. Likewise, as it is said in the 'Illusion Path Stages': Non-objectification, extreme non-objectification, and successively non-objectification, without abiding, without thought, without arrogance, transcending the realm of thought and expression. Suchness is the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, its self-luminous and immovable state is the union of calm abiding and insight. Moreover, during the quick guidance, place the two points of focus of the offering ritual that will be explained and the method of cultivating meditation. According to the sequence of the guidance text, explain the focus of the body vajra and understand the method of practice, and then it is sufficient to shift to the focus of the speech vajra yoga. During the experiential guidance and ripening instruction, even after the focus of the body vajra has ended, or if you want to enter the initial stage in any kind of dark guidance of the offering ritual as usual, if before entering the meditation room, you are happy to bestow the empowerment of the essential meaning of the torma in order to open the door of blessings, that is also good. Whether or not the torma empowerment is bestowed, recite the four syllables (ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit: Om Ah Hum Hrih, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum Hrih) and many root mantras on the flower. All the teachers and students remain still for a moment with the three conditions of the body's posture and gaze, etc., and then let the students remain as before, placing them in a state of non-thought. Then, the teacher informs: I will give you blessings, so do not be distracted. And visualize the three seed syllables in the three places of the students, then whisper the four syllables and the root mantra, and add the Abesha mantra, and finally place the previous flower on the head of the students. While the flowers are scattering, say: May the special wisdom of the body, speech, and mind vajra yoga quickly arise! Just as from a clear river, fish quickly leap up.

Thus, from the empty and clear, the magic net will arise. Thus, meditating in the state of profound non-objectivity, experiences of body, speech, and mind, experiences of vision, experiences of dreams, etc., will arise spontaneously. All these should be allowed to arise naturally, and they will self-arise and self-liberate. After such instruction, release the key points of the body and place them in a tightly closed room. Repeatedly observe the guidance and adjust any points that have not been reached. Depending on the circumstances, perform obstacle removal and introductions, etc. After diligently working for seven or fourteen days, signs will become visible. Third, the manner in which the signs of what is to be seen appear is mainly the experience of the mind, which is the experience of the generation stage of Samadhi, and the manner in which the signs of the cessation of wind and mind appear. First, Nubchen (name of a place) used three metaphors to illustrate the experiences of movement, attainment, and habituation: like the flowing water of a steep cliff, the slow-flowing river, and the depths of the ocean. Here, let us explain according to the five stages of experience mentioned by the great master Vimalamitra in the commentary on Mudra Meditation: Movement, Attainment, Habituation, Stability, and Perfection are the ways in which the experiences of meditation arise. Like steep water, a bird, an old man's water, and a mountain, they are represented by five metaphors. Among these five, the first is: After meditating in this way, like the flowing water of a steep cliff, the mind does not stay for even a moment, and more and more intense thoughts arise than before. Previously, these thoughts were not taken into account, so they were not noticed. Now, it is just that the movement has been recognized, and awareness of the movement has arisen. It is not that there are more than before, but only that the mind has been grasped a little. This is the result of grasping the mind a little, and it is called the experience of movement or the experience of recognizing thoughts. Second, without looking at its faults or merits, continue to meditate continuously, like the flowing water of a narrow cave, or like a bird called "Bird Zidimo," which swims back and forth on the water, sometimes stopping for a moment. As before, when many thoughts arise, there will be a brief state of non-thought and tranquility, which is called the experience of attainment or the experience of resting thoughts. Third, continue to meditate continuously in that state, like the behavior of an old man who cannot move much.
