After placing it, it is like this: a special manifestation of knowing oneself as the deity of one's own body arises naturally. In the center of such a manifest body are the three channels with the four chakras, or directly above each chakra, the two channels, ro and rkyang, dissolve into the dhu ti channel. Visualize the three channels as before and stabilize them. After eliminating the impure air, gently inhale the upper air naturally. At that time, from the right channel, the roma channel, comes rajata (Tibetan: ར་ཛ་ཏ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रजत, Sanskrit Romanization: rajata, literal Chinese meaning: silver), which is the essence of dust; from the left channel, the kyangma channel, comes shukra (Tibetan: ཤུ་ཀྲ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: शुक्र, Sanskrit Romanization: śukra, literal Chinese meaning: semen), which is the essence of semen. The two swirl down and reach the lower ends of the ro and rkyang channels four fingers below the navel. Gently draw the lower air, so that the lower end of the dhu ti channel, from the conch shell mother channel, produces the subtle air of the five elements, which shines like a rainbow with five distinct colors, gathering at the meeting point of the lower ends of the ro and rkyang channels four fingers below the navel. The semen and dust, together with the five airs, simultaneously ascend through the dhu ti channel and reach the navel chakra, the emanation wheel. Gradually, they contract into a sesame seed-sized bindu, red and white, clear and shining, about the size of a canaka (Tibetan: ཙ་ན་ཀ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: चनाक, Sanskrit Romanization: canaka, literal Chinese meaning: chickpea) seed, a small lentil. In its center, the essence of one's own mind, the image of a red "hrih" (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: shame) syllable, tiny and blazing. Thus, the extremely subtle essence of semen, dust, air, and mind, which has been abiding in the indestructible nature of body, speech, mind, wisdom, and vajra from the very beginning, when the yogi uses it as a path, the manifestation of the gross semen, dust, air, and mind does not cease at all, but becomes slightly less clear. Therefore, the subtle essence becomes obscured in the gross manifestation, and here it becomes clear, so it is like a separate, gathered lump, merely a symbol of subtlety. The shape is shown as the roundness of a bindu, as small as a canaka seed. The main support for the arising, gathering, and abiding of the gross body is the navel chakra, and when the knot of the navel chakra is untied, the heart chakra and others are also untied effortlessly. Therefore, meditating on the navel chakra and focusing on it is hitting the essential point. Secondly: Make one-pointed samadhi stable, if distracted, abandon ordinary thoughts, and meditate again and again as before. Thus, in the Ornament of the Sutras, it says: With the mind fixed on the object, that continuity not

As it is said, like the blending of wind, mind, and the bindu at the navel, focus single-pointedly on the clear form of the bindu, and settle the mind in stable samadhi without distraction. This is the root of all yogas for settling the mind. Regarding how to settle, there are four ways. First, the yoga of non-thought, like a mural in a temple. Just as a mural has no bodily movement, no speech, and no mental wandering, even with the observation of agency and bondage, it is without intention or effort. The mind does not judge any past object, does not contemplate any future object, and does not conceptualize any present object. Simply take the slightly clear form of the bindu as the support for the mind not to wander. Do not be too tight, nor too loose. Without thinking of anything, let the mind rest naturally and uncorrected. As the Kunjed Gyalpo Tantra says: "This mind-essence, like unborn space, rest in the state of no arising and no ceasing." Also, as the Dampe Tingdzin Do says: "In the inconceivable nature of reality, placing the inconceivable mind, experience without bias arises, therefore it is called samadhi." Also, as glorious Saraha says: "Having completely abandoned thought and object of thought, abiding like a child, if one strives diligently with respect for the guru's words, there is no doubt that co-emergent wisdom will arise." It is said that this is also called the uncorrected way of settling like a child. Second, the yoga of one-pointedness, like a monkey tied to one place. If there are many windows in a room, and a monkey is placed inside, it will run around everywhere, and from the outside it will seem like there are many monkeys. But if the monkey is tied to one window, it cannot run elsewhere, and it is understood that there is only one monkey. Similarly, if one settles in the state of non-thought, because there is no restraint on the mind, thoughts will arise, or awareness will become lax, and one will enter a state that is neither meditation nor sleep. At this time, one must strengthen the gaze, focus on the bindu as the object, and meditate with diligent awareness. As the Vajrasattva Mind Accomplishment says: "For a moment, settle the mind, meditate with complete focus, without fabrication, without alteration, without change."
