Is, first, "the body's vital points are bound without moving," which means that at the beginning of entering meditation, a small meditation cushion is laid in a secluded place that is in accordance with the mind, and the vital points of the body's actions are arranged in the seven dharmas of manifestation, so that it does not move. The reason for this is: the body is like a city, the veins are like streets, the wind is like a horse, and the consciousness is like a person. If it is not restrained, it is like a horse ridden by a person escaping from the street. If it is restrained, it is like the street door being closed, and the person and the horse are trapped inside and cannot move. Therefore, it is important to bind the vital points of the body in order to bind the wind, which is the mount of thoughts. That is, by placing the legs in the vajra posture, the ro rkyang vein between the soles of the feet is exposed and bent, so that the wind flowing in that vein is blocked, and the lower veins are bound, so that the downward-clearing wind can be bound. The two hands are in the vajra fist, with the thumb pressing the root of the ring finger, and the back of the hand is placed face up on the soles of the feet, or the back of the hand is placed face down on the veins inside the thighs, whichever is comfortable. By straightening the wrist, the ro rkyang vein passes through the center of the arm, and its tip is located between the palm and the fingers, so that the wind in the hands and upper body is bound, and the ring finger is a ghost vein, so pressing it with the thumb prevents obstacles from entering. Bend the waist slightly and push the abdomen outward, thereby binding the even-dwelling wind that dwells together with the fire of the navel chakra. The upper body is upright and free from emotions such as joy and anger, thereby binding the life-sustaining wind that dwells in the central channel above the navel chakra. Straighten the neck and gently press the Adam's apple with the throat, thereby binding the upward-moving wind that dwells in the throat. Straighten the spine, thereby straightening the central channel, so that the chakras overlap each other, thereby causing the winds to flow in their respective positions, and thus also binding the bindus in their respective positions. Straighten the back of the neck and keep the head upright without tilting, and tighten each part of the body with ཧྲཱིཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shame), thereby binding the pervasive wind that dwells at the end of the skin. Bend the neck, close the upper and lower teeth naturally, and press the tongue against the upper palate, thereby bending the ear veins as well, thereby binding the wind of the ears and tongue. While performing the above actions, slowly exhale from the nostrils, thereby binding the nasal wind. Through the balance of the fists and the moderate tension and relaxation of the body, the wind flowing in the body is bound. People

If the gaze keeps the eyeballs still and the eyelids unblinking, remaining motionless, then the fault of the winds and mind-bindus flowing downwards in the eyes is eliminated by the wind flowing in the eyes and the gaze being directed slightly upwards. Needless to say, this gaze binds the winds of the forehead and crown. All the limbs and senses each have a branch of the ro-kyang channel, the others being secondary. The most important, like a king, is located in the secret place, which generates all habits and consciousness. Like a working minister, it resides in the eye, generating most of the external conceptualizations. Therefore, the key is that the eye's channel is like a flower and the secret channel is like a seed. By binding the worker, the main one residing in the secret place is also bound spontaneously, unable to move. The reason for this is that the force of the gaze squeezing from the top of the ro-kyang channel causes the secret wind of the lower part to reverse upwards and enter the central channel. The immobility of the eyeballs prevents the ro-kyang channel from moving, which weakens the flow of the ro-kyang channel and strengthens the flow of the central channel, thus generating wisdom. Therefore, the gaze of the eyes is very important. Furthermore, if the nada in the center of the heart bends the body posture forward, it will meet the front wind, causing the consciousness to become distracted. If it bends to the right, it will meet the fire, causing agitation and restlessness. If it bends to the left, it will meet the water, causing confusion. If it bends backwards, it will meet the earth, causing a dull and rigid sensation. Therefore, the body should be straightened. It is difficult to bind the wind and mind with body posture alone. But the noble Buddha said, "By pressing the awareness on the upper part with the gaze, subtle and coarse thoughts can be stopped." Sara-ha also said, "If it is made like space, the wind and mind can be completely bound." As it is said, by staying single-pointedly in the state of non-distraction of mind through the path of gaze, when the wind and mind tend to enter the central channel, each of the body posture bindings helps. The combination of body bindings and target points can forcibly reverse and bind the wind. At these times, if the body posture and gaze are not proficient, and one is discouraged by the pain of illness and mental suffering, the Bodhicharyavatara says, "If a person to be killed has a hand or foot cut off, is it not good if he can escape? If by the suffering of human beings, one can escape the suffering of hell,
