Melting and converging inwards like ice, contemplate merging into the Samādhisattva (藏文:ཏིང་འཛིན་སེམས་དཔའ,梵文天城体:samādhisattva,梵文罗马拟音:samādhisattva,汉语字面意思:三摩地萨埵) HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:hrīḥ,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) syllable of your own heart's samādhi, thereby becoming non-dual, and engage in mental recitation. Secondly, the verbal recitation: Again, after HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:hrīḥ,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍), the mantra garland, contemplate it as extremely subtle, from which light radiates, benefiting beings and merging into oneself, perform the accomplishment and great bliss recitation. Here, there are two: The expanding and contracting recitation is that after all the root and activity recitations, or just the root mental recitation, if the mental recitation becomes tedious, then again contemplate that after the seed syllable HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:hrīḥ,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) of the heart, the letters of the mantra garland to be recited, like a finely drawn image, rotate gently to the right in an extremely subtle form. When reciting the mantra, contemplate that light radiates from the mantra garland, pervading the sky, offering to the Victorious Ones of the ten directions and their retinues. All blessings and siddhis gather in the form of body, letters, implements, or light, and dissolve into the three places of oneself, thereby purifying the two obscurations along with their habitual tendencies, perfecting the two accumulations, and fully obtaining the four empowerments. Reciting the ten-syllable mantra is the recitation for gathering blessings for one's own benefit. Furthermore, the light of the heart touches all sentient beings of the three realms, purifying all karma, afflictions, and obscurations, and contemplate them awakening as the essence of the indestructible three vajras, benefiting beings, and converging inwards, merging into oneself, this recitation is the activity recitation for the benefit of others. Furthermore, contemplate all appearances of self, others, and the environment as deities and palaces, all sounds as the natural sound of mantra, and all thoughts and concepts as the play of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptual wisdom, recite the ten-syllable mantra, this is called the non-dual recitation of self and others. In this way, the three contemplation cycles are performed together, or if unable to do so, they can be performed alternately. By doing so, the meaning of non-duality of self and others is accomplished. Therefore, this is the accomplishment recitation. Besides that, the second is the great bliss recitation. The "Doli," which is called the curved recitation, is that from the HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:hrīḥ,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) of the heart, the mantra garland to be recited emerges from the mouth of the father, enters the mouth of the mother, and from the lotus, passing through the vajra path, arises as the essence of the great bliss of bodhicitta, reciting the mantra in the manner of dissolving into the HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:hrīḥ,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) of the heart.

One should focus the mind single-pointedly on the rosary, which is like a wheel of fire, and recite the mantra orally. If an obstruction occurs in the upper body due to this, visualize the mantra garland going from the vajra of the father deity to the lotus of the mother deity, and then from the face of the mother deity to the face of the father deity, circling in this way to eliminate it. If an obstruction of ejaculation occurs, eliminate it with the previous visualization. If you want to practice these two visualizations alternately, it is said that it is best to visualize counterclockwise rotation in the morning and evening, and clockwise rotation at noon and afternoon. Third, the yoga of gathering and rising in the clear light of the mind is: by the dissolution of the last action and the subsequent rising, purify all existences that depend on future rebirths. At the time of fruition, the appearance of the Buddha's manifestation body also becomes one taste in the Dharmadhatu, so it dissolves there, and from there, the appearance of the form body is continuous, thus making the activity of benefiting beings the path. At the time of the Completion Stage, enter the clear light of the Mind Vajra Yoga, and from there, it becomes the ripening cause for rising into the Union Body. How to gather and rise? In all cases of body mudra and speech recitation yoga, when ending a session or sleeping, through the light of one's own heart shining, all pure vessel and essence worlds gradually dissolve into oneself, until they dissolve into the syllable ह्रीः (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) HRIH in the heart. Then, focus the mind for a long time on the extremely subtle nāda (藏文,梵文天城体:நாத,梵文罗马拟音:nāda,汉语字面意思:音) that gradually disappears upwards. One should also think that it dissolves into the Dharmadhatu, and rest the mind in a state of non-distraction. If the distraction of discursive thoughts arises again, then again clearly visualize the form of the deity as before, and focus the mind on it single-pointedly. If you feel tired, you can also recite as appropriate, and then dissolve into the realm of non-objectification. By repeatedly practicing such meditation, it is possible to prevent ordinary appearances and attachments, and it becomes a support for generating the samadhi of the Completion Stage. In any case, after dissolving into the clear light, finally, when waking up from sleep or engaging in activities during session breaks, one should instantly rise into the form of the deity from the state of clear light emptiness, like a fish jumping out of water. Whatever appears is like an illusory deity form, whatever sounds are mantras, and awareness is expanded in the heart, and then dedicate the merit. By striving in this way, the flow of discursive thoughts will gradually decrease, and stability will gradually increase.
