And from the left channel, Nishutra, that is, the two seminal fluids move up and down. The red Rakta enters the central channel from the center of the crown chakra, and the seminal fluid enters the central channel from the lower end of the left channel. At the same time, the two, sun and moon, surge up and down from the upper and lower ends of the central channel, and when they reach the center of the heart chakra, the white and red elements sequentially become the mandalas of the moon and the sun. In the center of these two mandalas, the indestructible essence of wind and mind, the red letter ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: shā), is clear and blazing. These three melt into one, swirling into a form of a mass of light, from which emanates immaculate five-colored rays of light, pervading the sky, offering to all the Buddhas of the ten directions, and purifying all containers and contents into a pure mandala, gathering back and dissolving into it, completely transforming. Meditate on oneself as the external form of the deity.

Hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: shame) the red syllable, the size of a mustard seed, contemplate it burning and shining like a lamp, and rest in that state. In this way, visualize and stabilize the three deities in sequence. In order to reverse ordinary appearances, focus the mind on the general and specific aspects of the deity. In order to reverse ordinary clinging, hold the pride of being the deity of the three indestructible vajras, which are primordially pure by nature. In order for the clear appearance and pride of the deity to also appear as true wisdom, maintain pure recollection with the faith that the deity's form is the wisdom of the complete Buddha, and through samadhi, draw forth melting bliss. In the state of bliss, the continuous clear appearance and pride of the deity is vivid. Regard it as an illusion without clinging, so that the deity's form appears as the play of the wisdom dharmakaya, which is bliss, clarity, and emptiness. Practice this samadhi until you are not weary. The measure of proficiency through such practice is that the deity's form abides effortlessly and spontaneously in the state of clarity, emptiness, and bliss for a long time. Furthermore, by obtaining the sign of tactile vision, you see very clearly, and many signs such as faith in the deity and the lama arise. Moreover, this generation method of co-emergent principle is originally using the form of the self-arisen deity as the path, so there is no need to invite and merge wisdom beings, because the self-arisen deity and all the Buddhas who are momentarily free from defilements abide inseparably from the beginning, therefore the samaya being and wisdom being are self-accomplished without separation. As it says in the "Wonderful King": "In the primordially spontaneous and equal mandala, knowing it to be so and meditating, with the sequence of different minds, there is no need here to invite and request departure." And also in "Resting the Mind Itself": "In the nature of being a mandala from the beginning, by clarifying with the method of knowing it to be so, one does not make what is not accomplished accomplished." Thus it is said. Second, the yoga of speech recitation of mantra is: During this guidance, by focusing the mind single-pointedly on the object of the deity's form, when clarity arises, one should mainly practice in the appearance of samadhi, so that impure appearances subside and the wheel of the deity appears. Therefore, although recitation is not the main thing, if one becomes tired from meditation, one can reverse the clinging of speech and encourage the mind-stream of the deity.
