With fervent devotion stealing the mind, placing strong longing upon you, and abandoning expectations, thinking that oneself and all sentient beings also pray together in one voice, reciting "In the unborn, unelaborated palace of the Dharmadhatu," and so on. When reciting the names of each lama, firmly believe that they are the ones who have exhausted all faults, possess all virtues, and grant all needs and desires. When reciting "Pray," generate unbearable longing and pray continuously. "Bless my being," and when reciting "From now on, I and all beings as vast as space," and so on, pacify the obstacles to practicing the path and increase favorable conditions, so that in this very life, I may attain supreme accomplishment and be blessed to become a guide who leads all beings. This is the prayer of aspiration. Third, at the three places of the body of the root lama, Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), the three, reside the essence of the Vajra of body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas. From them, white, red, and blue rays of light radiate sequentially or simultaneously, dissolving into their respective places, thereby receiving the four empowerments, such as the vase empowerment, in sequence. By obtaining the four empowerments of vase, secret, wisdom, and ultimate, the gross body, speech, and mind are purified, as well as the subtle obscurations of the three appearances by the four empowerments. It establishes the interdependent relationship that can manifest the essence of the Vajra of body, speech, mind, and wisdom, the state of the four Kayas. Again, with fervent devotion, pray and gather all the retinue into the root lama. That very one, in a joyful manner, comes to the crown of one's head, dissolves into light, and is absorbed into oneself. The lama's mind and one's own mind are indivisible, abiding for a moment in the state of non-elaboration. This is the yoga of the lama of self-awareness meaning. Fourth, from the Kunjed Gyalpo Tantra: "Compared to meditating on hundreds of thousands of deities for hundreds of thousands of eons, remembering the lama for a moment is superior. This merit is limitless." And also in the Five Stages, it is said: "If something falls from the peak of a mountain, even if you wish it not to fall, it will fall. If you receive the blessing of the lama's kindness, even if you do not wish to be liberated, you will be liberated." Thus, the benefits are limitless. Thus, in the common preliminaries, tame the mind with renunciation.

There are two refuges, namely all inner Buddhists, and the mind of enlightenment is: the Great Vehicle Paramita and the common one. Generally speaking, there is no virtuous Dharma that is not the accumulation of merit and the purification of obscurations, but here, the practice and recitation of the Hundred Syllable Mantra and the Mandala ritual, although only a few parts of the accumulation and purification ritual, can be transformed into a convenient difference that is easy and meaningful, so it is very necessary for the mantra yogi, so it is added as a preliminary practice. Guru yoga is the root of the Vajrayana path, so these three are called the three guides of non-duality of accumulation and purification, which are the uncommon preliminary practices of the mantra path. After these have well subdued the self-continuum, it is the special key to the profound path of generating the actual realization of practice, so it is extremely precious, so seal it with Samaya, keep it secret! Secondly, there are three special preliminary practices for entering the generation and completion stages: the place where to practice, the Dharma to be abandoned and relied upon, and in particular, as an antidote to abandoning the five faults, one should rely on the eight activities of mind. First, see the Ornament of the Sutras, which says: The wise one, where to practice, is a place that is easy to obtain and perfect, a place that is auspicious, a place that is auspicious, a friend that is auspicious, and a place that is virtuous with the qualities of yoga and happiness. Therefore, the place is rich in water and trees, and the means of livelihood such as food, clothing, and shelter are appropriate in quantity and easy to obtain, which is a place that is easy to obtain and perfect; a place blessed by the Guru and Dakinis, or a place that is pleasing and pleasing to the heart, and wants to live, is an auspicious place; water Is good for the body, the land is cool and warm, and does not cause disease, is an auspicious place; whether or not the Dharma friends are diligent practitioners, they are peaceful and harmonious, and hold pure vows, is an auspicious friend; there is no dispute between landlords and the harm of thieves, beasts, etc., and there is no coming and going of people and noisy noises, etc., which will not become an obstacle to meditation, is a virtue with very comfortable merits; for all of this, in general, the most important thing is that the king believes in the Dharma, has strict laws, the country is peaceful, there is no struggle, etc., and will not cause harm to the practice of meditation. As the Kalachakra Root Tantra says: Where the land is protected and has the Dharma, where...
