Because those adverse conditions that cause harm will cause it to decline, one should not be indifferent to this. Second, regarding the method of accomplishing it, there are two types: general explanation and detailed explanation. First, as mentioned earlier, because one cannot enter the fierce practice of skillful means without being supported by wisdom, even for such fierce practice, if one does not first liberate oneself through the practice of understanding, one cannot liberate the object of compassion. Therefore, before entering into self-practice, it is extremely important to strive to practice the generation and completion stages until signs appear. As it is said in this very text: "When the yoga of generation and completion recitation, when the power of heat is obtained, one should engage in fierce actions." And in the Root Tantra of the Moon Secret: "With the view of freedom and the oath, in the absence of mental distraction, subdue the curse of the heroic mantra." Therefore, even if one does not have the great ability to gain confidence in realization and habituation, at least one must ascertain the general meaning of the view, and it is indispensable here to gain some experience in samadhi, so one must strive in every way. Otherwise, it is said that for the practice of aspiration and meditation, even if one does not obtain signs, it is sufficient to complete the number of recitations. Second, although it does not appear in the root text here, it would be more coherent to first explain the empowerment and then explain the three aspects of recitation, practice, and action, because empowerment is the ritual that ripens the basis of the path. As it is said in the root text of the oral instructions of the teacher Jampal Shenyen (Manjushri Mitra): "First, please the guru, after offering the three objects of pleasure, obtain the outer, inner, and secret empowerments in order." Therefore, here, there are three detailed explanations of the method of accomplishment: the stages of empowerment that ripen the basis of the path, the stages of generation and completion that are the actual basis of the path for liberating oneself through realization, and the stages of action for liberating others through compassion, which is the friend of the path. The first also has five points: essence, definition, division, the reason for such division, and the ritual of empowerment. First, it is the action of establishing the special ability to be obtained in the mindstream. Second, from the word abhiṣeka (藏文,梵文天城体abhiṣeka,梵文罗马拟音abhiṣeka,汉语字面意思:灌顶), directly it is washing away impurities, and indirectly it is establishing fortune, hey!

From the Ruka Collection: "Empowerment is for purifying the continuum and obtaining abilities." The third is: Vase empowerment, secret empowerment, wisdom-knowledge empowerment, and word empowerment, these four. In the Play of the Blood-Drinker, it says: "The main part is the four: vase, secret, wisdom, and word." The fourth is: There is a reason for establishing the four empowerments, which is that the power of bestowing the four empowerments purifies the four obscurations to be purified. The four paths of purification purify them, so it is necessary to manifest the four vajras of the result of purification. That is, by the power of bestowing the vase empowerment, the obscurations of the body to be purified are purified. The purifying path is the empowerment to meditate on the generation stage. The seed for manifesting the result of purification, the body vajra, the nirmanakaya, is placed. In the root text, it says: "The vase empowerment purifies the obscurations of the body; it is accomplished as the vajra of the body." Similarly, the secret empowerment purifies the obscurations of speech. The path is tummo candali. The result is the speech vajra, the sambhogakaya. From that, it says: "It purifies the obscurations of speech; it is accomplished as the vajra of speech." The wisdom empowerment purifies the obscurations of mind. The path is the wisdom of bliss and emptiness, non-conceptual. The result is the mind vajra, the dharmakaya. From that, it says: "It purifies the obscurations of mind; it is accomplished as the vajra of mind." The word empowerment purifies the obscurations of the three doors equally. The path is the suchness of reality itself. The result is the wisdom vajra, the svabhavikakaya. From that, it says: "It purifies the obscurations of the three doors; it is accomplished as the wisdom vajra." Furthermore, the three, vase, secret, and wisdom, complete the accumulation of merit, purifying the afflictive obscurations. The fourth empowerment completes the accumulation of wisdom, purifying the cognitive obscurations. If combined with the bhumis and paths, the four empowerments gradually complete the paths of accumulation, application, seeing, and meditation. Also, the reason for the definite number of divisions within the vase empowerment is: the empowerments of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activity, which precede the function of the vase, are six. The vase is the empowerment of benefit, then the three are the empowerments of self-benefit ability, and the latter two are implicitly transformed into the empowerments of other-benefit ability. In that case, in the root empowerment sequence, at the end of the vase, the three, body, speech, and mind, and at the end of the complete four empowerments, the two empowerments of qualities and activity appear. If in the mandala ritual, all five are connected to the end of the vase empowerment, then the root and commentary contradict each other. If asked, there is no fault, because the author of the mandala ritual himself, the great
