Do not pour essence into a leaky container! 6 Do not rely on meaningless substances! 7 Do not stir a crystal egg in mud! 8 There is no purity in an impure container! 9 Do not cut the wish-fulfilling jewel! 10 Do not separate the wings of the great Garuda! 11 Do not stab with a sky-iron curved knife! 12 Do not consume the leftovers from a predator's play! 13 Do not destroy the great Vajra rock! 14 Do not break the boundaries of the fence! 15 When a lamp is extinguished by the wind, 16 Avoid cutting off the stream of wisdom! 17 Do not alter the decree's seal! 18 The diamond fortress will not collapse! 19 Do not lower the crown jewel! 20 Thus it is said. Furthermore, it is said in the Vinaya Source: If you desire the supreme accomplishment, it is easy to give up your life, it is easy even when death arrives, always keep your vows. Therefore, one should guard well by knowing the limits of guarding vows, and if a transgression occurs, one should know how to remedy it and strive to make amends.

These are the steps of the activity. Firstly, the places that are suitable for fierce and manifest activities are as follows: places that are black and rough, naturally eerie and majestic, facing south; battlefields, places where people have been killed, old mountains of decaying corpses, i.e., going to inauspicious places due to circumstances; rocks like wrathful Rakshasas, black rocky mountains like sins, rugged and rough canyons, or places where rough thorny plants grow; and places where the sky and earth have the shape of a Dharma-originated triangle, etc., places that are rough in shape, color, characteristics, etc., are places for swift action; especially cemeteries and places where fierce gods and spirits reside, i.e., it is auspicious to act in extremely dangerous places, because there is a fear of obstacles arising there, which will turn into a whip of diligence; moreover, the fierce gods and spirits do not like to stay for a long time, so they will become helpers in quickly accomplishing the activity. As it is said in the "Red Yama, Lord of Death": "The place is a great cemetery, where there are new and old corpses, extremely frightening and eerie, a place where mothers and dakinis gather." Secondly, the twenty-second and twenty-ninth days, and the days when the sky is empty, etc., the dark moon, i.e., the rough days when the moon is waning; and the months are generally small months, especially when the small months of winter and spring arrive; Mars days, etc., among them, the three planets Sun, Jupiter, and Saturn, i.e., when the fierce planets are flourishing whether they are on their own day or not; and the fierce constellations such as Antares, Pleiades, Corvus, Spica, Antares, and Capricornus; also, when the demon days, etc., encounter inauspicious conjunctions and fierce times, it is auspicious to perform the activity. As it is said in the "Red Tantra": "When the moon is seized by a planet, and entrusted to the demon's day, entrusted to Mars and Jupiter, entrusted to the staff star and the great horse." Also, as it is said in the "Manual of Red Practice": "The time of killing is the small month." Also, as it is said in the "Root of Oral Instructions": "The day of accomplishment is the waning moon." Also, as it is said in the "Garland of Flames, Secret Black Moon Tantra": "Seven inauspicious and seven fears, it is auspicious to kill on the demon's day." Especially at the end of the activity, when encountering the Eight Classes, Rahu, Vishti, Yogini time, etc.
