First. This is a translation without commentary. Second, regarding the order of instruction on the four realities, there are two: empowerment and the path arising from empowerment. The first is: In the root text, it says, "First, a disciplined individual, endowed with merit, having properly obtained leisure and endowment, meeting with the teachings, being embraced by a Mahayana lama, by those who have obtained the empowerment that ripens the unripe." Therefore, this refers to having previously ripened the mind-stream through empowerment in this mandala, and then engaging in meditation. Second, regarding the order of that path, there are two: the yoga of the generation stage and the perfection stage of instructions. First, the yoga of the generation stage is: In the root text, it says, "All phenomena of samsara and nirvana are non-objective, in the state of emptiness, on a lotus and sun-moon seat, one's own awareness, from the blue and clear Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)radiates light, accomplishing the two benefits. Gathering back, assembling the lineages, the three root deities appear clearly, in the heart is a blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)with a sphere of light. From the place radiates light, all appearances and existence, vessel and contents, appear, sounds are clear as deities and mantras by their own nature, continuously recite the three syllables, at the end of the session, contemplate the nature of the generation stage dissolving." Therefore, the body generation stage is the instruction of mudras, the speech recitation is the instruction of mantras, and the mind luminosity is the order of instruction of suchness itself. The first is, first, the preliminary stage is intensely released. Then, in order for thorns not to arise in meditation, in a secluded place, on a comfortable seat, the body is straightened in the seven-point posture. The eye point is to keep the eyes fixed on the space in front without moving. The speech point is to keep the breath slow. The mind point is to recite in the mouth: svābhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svābhāva śuddho ham (藏文,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:self-nature pure, all dharmas self-nature pure I am). Due to the recitation, taking one's own body remaining in an ordinary state as an example, all the phenomena of appearance, sound, samsara, and nirvana that appear in this way and are established upon it are non-objective, and in the state of being free from all extremes of elaboration, one dwells in equipoise for a moment, this is the samadhi of suchness. Originally, the reality of all phenomena is like this, but due to not realizing it, all sentient beings, self and others, fall into the path of samsara and the lower realms, feeling great sadness for this, thus cultivating great compassion that pervades the sky, this is the samadhi of all-pervading appearance. From the unobstructed self-power of the union of emptiness and great compassion, in an instant, contemplate the blue and clear Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), this is the samadhi of the cause.

Samadhi. Like this, meditate until the stage where the diminishing stages of these three samadhis have not arisen. After that, in the center of the completely pure great realm of the Lotus Light, where one abides, upon a seat of various lotus suns and moons, the HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) of space descends swiftly like a shooting star. From that, grasp the mind slightly. From that, rays of five-colored light shine forth, offering to all the victorious ones and their sons of the ten directions, making their body, speech, and mind pleased. Touching all sentient beings, purifying sins and obscurations, establishing them in the state of Vajra Garland of Skulls. The rays of light gather back and become completely one, and in an instant, oneself becomes the lineage-gathering lama Vajra Garland of Skulls, with a body color of indigo, shining and radiant like being embraced by a hundred thousand suns, with one face, two hands, and three eyes, possessing a wrathful smiling demeanor. The right hand holds a five-pronged vajra, and the left hand holds a bell, embracing the consort in a crossed manner at the heart. The hair is in a matted topknot, adorned with precious jewels and the tips of gems. The crown of five dry skulls is adorned with the tips of the five families. The upper body is adorned with a silk upper garment, and the lower body is adorned with a tiger skin lower garment. Furthermore, adorned with silk, precious jewels, and six bone ornaments, possessing golden and silver bells. The feet are established in a clear vajra posture. In his lap, the consort Dhyingchuk Mandarava, with a body color of bright red, possessing the beautiful smile of a sixteen-year-old maiden, with one face and two hands, holding a curved knife, embracing from the guru's neck. The left hand holds a skull cup filled with uncontaminated nectar, offering it to the guru. The hair is black, oily, and smooth, with locks of hair hanging loosely like scattered rocks. The bhaga and the circles of the breasts are extremely full. Adorned with silk, precious jewels, and five bone ornaments. Both feet are bent in a bowing manner, entwined around the guru's waist in a lotus posture, both abiding in the nature of bliss and emptiness united, in a realm of swirling rainbow five-colored lights, visualizing and meditating in sequence. If it is difficult for beginners to clearly manifest in this way, then actually display a beautiful and pleasing thangka of the deity in front of oneself, gazing intently with unwavering eyes, and impressing its image upon the mind.
