After arranging it like a fence, it is practiced to bless the student's continuum by uniting the blessings of those vidyadharas into one stream of transmission. Just like invoking the blessings of the Guru, reciting "The Guru who abides in the ten directions and three times" is also like the general tradition of secrecy. Thirdly, regarding the "teachers of the three times" mentioned in the hidden empowerment, the teacher at the time of the Anu self-tradition empowerment is the teacher of the Samaya empowerment, the teacher at the time of explaining the tantra is the teacher of the Wisdom Tantra, and the teacher at the time of giving instructions is the teacher of the Fruit of Instructions. Here, all three of these were previously explained in detail, along with the biographies of the respective Sutra-root explanation and practice lineages. Moreover, the manner in which the complete teachings of the Sutra, which are separated from it, descend, and the two lineages of how it descended upon the great teacher Rolang Dewa,

If it is like that, without the means of the Tathagata, it is not to benefit the beings to be tamed. Although it is said like that, the teacher Dewa Selje (བདེ་བ་གསལ་མཛད་) puts the source and the first three in a medium position, and then uses the six such as the place to indicate what happened before, and the tenth is divided into seven parts in meaning, so it mainly shows the empowerment of the followers. The two empowerments of what happened before and the followers are added together, and the ten meanings are actually summarized and explained. From this, it can be inferred that the order of empowerment that mainly shows the maturation of the immature in the followers is also summarized by the four rivers. Just as it is said in the "Collection of Empowerment Meanings": For the benefit of sentient beings, the meaning of empowerment should be collected. For the four great rivers, there are what happened before and what followed. For the four rivers that happened before, there are six: place, foundation, necessity, method, sign, and dwelling. The first two followers. For the four rivers of the Taoist, there are cause, gain and non-gain, place, container and special sign. Use seven to collect this meaning. For the first of the following careers, there are empowerments of the four rivers. For the six vehicles such as yoga, the outer empowerment is done by the river of tradition. In the Mahayoga of the generation stage, the inner empowerment is done by the river of the five elements. In the Anuyoga of the completion stage, the accomplishment empowerment is done by the river of fame. In the Great Perfection Atiyoga, the secret empowerment is done by the river of completion. It is completed in ten, eleven, thirteen, and two ways. Thirty-six kinds of auspicious empowerments. Because it is said like that. In general, the empowerment that happened before is that the teacher, the perfect and complete Buddha, empowers the disciples who have attained the unlearned path in the vehicle of cause, and the permanent residents of the end path of the mantra's own system, that is, for the crown prince holy men with five dharmas, in the self-nature mandala achieved in the wisdom self-manifestation, the empowerment of the time of fruit, so as to obtain the sign of the ultimate fruit position, which is completely manifested and appears in all the Buddha lands. As it is said in the Gongdü Sutra: The ruler of Lanka is like this, for example, who becomes the crown of all people in the great net, the king's royal family

are from the lineage, possess names, know the Dharma, have retinues, and possess empowerment. Just as they receive reverence from many, so too are those noble beings from the lineage of all Buddhas, possess the marks of names and signs, know the Dharma, have retinues of disciples, and have obtained the ten powers. Because they possess these qualities, they are known as "Buddha-sons." Furthermore, as stated in the Lankavatara Sutra: "Thus, those noble beings who possess five qualities, in the place where great bliss is fully attained, from the endless realms of the noble ones, countless Buddhas gather like summer clouds in the sky, and with one voice, they bestow empowerment with the name 'Buddha-son, noble one, Dharma-king.'" In the empowerment ritual, it says: "To the Buddha Vajradhara, how do the great Bodhisattvas of the borderlands offer and request?" And in other scriptures, it also says: "How does Vajradhara bestow the source of qualities upon the Buddha for the sake of saving beings?" Thus and so forth. Among these, the lower text of the Gongdü (Collected Intentions) scripture points out the source of how to ascertain the lineage of the Buddhas. Therefore, some bestow empowerment through the lineage of the Vajra family and the retinue. Similarly, Jewel, Lotus, Youth (Karma), and Elephant (Tathagata family) are explained and connected. Among these, the family is the five principal deities, and the retinue is their entourage. Thus, since all the Buddhas appear distinctly as the bodies of the five Tathagata families without mixing, empowering the Buddha-sons will make them holders of the lineage of the five families, and they will obtain the empowerment known as the five families in their respective realms. Some bestow empowerment through the light rays of names. Similarly, the signs, the ornaments, the six colors, are explained and connected. The bodies of the perfect Buddhas of the five families possess special light rays of names, signs, ornaments, and colors. From their respective places, light rays emanate and dissolve into the bodies of the Buddha-sons, thus empowering them with those qualities of the body.
