Appearing in the form of Heruka, he entered the womb. His father was Myos Ton Sangdak Chenpo Trinley Lhundrup, and his mother was Je Rig Lhatsin Yangchen Drolma's son. In the Fire Dog year, on the tenth day of the Dawo month, amidst extraordinary omens such as the earth shaking and rainbows intertwining, he was born in Dranang Dargye Choling. As soon as he was born, his father performed many auspicious ceremonies for intelligence and empowerments and blessings to protect against obstacles. The scenes and behaviors of that time, from then until the age of three, a green-skinned yogi with his hair in a topknot and two beautiful women constantly attended him. He still remembers these real events clearly and possesses an extraordinary memory. Even in infancy, he showed signs of mastering samadhi, and in his youth, while playing, he associated with the wise with a virtuous nature that awakened the lineage of the Victorious Ones. At the age of four, when he received the empowerment of the Kagye Sangdzok from his father, all outer appearances manifested as the wheel of the mandala, and he saw the guru and the deity as inseparable, and the seeds of the four empowerments were planted in his heart. At the age of ten, when he received the empowerment of the Autumn Dedun at the Wood Sheep year, in the clear light vision, Guru Padmasambhava himself empowered and blessed him, and the power increased, and the experience of the vase empowerment was established as the illusory nature of outer appearances. Before that, he effortlessly mastered writing and reading, as well as all the words and practices of the rituals of his own tradition, such as sadhana, mandala, empowerment, subsequent permission, consecration, and place transmission. From then on, he acted as his father's representative and carried out activities as appropriate. At the age of eleven, at the glorious Drepung Monastery, he offered his hair to the crown jewel of the three realms, the omniscient Fifth Dalai Lama, and was given the name Ngawang Padma Tenzin. The timing coincided with the first arrival of the self-arisen Arya of Kyirong, and the authorities were pleased and relieved, saying that the connection was good. At that time, the Arya's face showed a peaceful and smiling expression, and rays of light emanated from his heart and dissolved into his own body. At the age of seventeen, when he met Je Gyalwa Rinpoche at Samye Monastery, he saw his body as the form of Avalokiteshvara. In sequence

The Omniscient Fifth Great King and his Father, Sangdak Trinley Lhundrup, not only received the unparalleled kindness of being directly embraced by their physical forms, but were also blessed by their wisdom bodies later on. In essence, they were two root gurus whose kindness was unmatched. In addition, they relied on sixteen great upholders of the teachings who heard the profound paths of maturation and liberation, and thirty-five preceptors who heard various profound Dharma teachings. At various times and places, they fully upheld the vows of a layperson and the three vows of a Bodhisattva. As mentioned earlier, they received the complete empowerment of the Eight Herukas of the Nyingma tradition, with the understanding of their meaning as the initial maturation, thereby laying the foundation for the three vows. They practiced the combined teachings of Sutra, Illusion, and Mind of the Nyingma tradition, as well as all the teachings of Yang, Phurba, Geshe, and others that are still extant today. They also practiced the terma (treasure teachings) of the Guru, Dzogchen, and Thuk (mind) categories, both general and specific, representing many different types of precepts, mostly well-known. They received the common precepts such as the Vajra Garland of the Sarma tradition, as well as the supplementary precepts such as the Hevajra, Chakrasamvara, Kalachakra, Guhyasamaja, Vajrakilaya, and Kriyoga tantras. They also received empowerments, transmissions, explanations, and oral instructions on many Sutra-related topics. The root of all these was listening to the transmissions of the entire Kangyur (translated words of the Buddha) and other Dharma teachings, which were so vast that it was difficult to even remember their names. From around the age of thirteen, he memorized the root tantra, the Guhyagarbha Tantra, the King of Tantras, the Resting in the Nature of Mind, and the root and commentary of the Wish-Fulfilling Treasury, and listened to the explanations from his father in sequence. Later, he also memorized the writings of Nup, Zur, Rong, and Zom, as well as Sakya Pandita's Differentiation of Consciousnesses and Wisdoms, Jomden Relgyi's General Characteristics, and Rangjung Dorje's Inner Meaning. In particular, he carefully studied the writings of the Omniscient Great Master, thereby gaining unobstructed power of intellectual discernment, and was able to resolve any doubts about all the teachings. In particular, regarding the empowerment of the Guhyasamaja Tantra, from Dakton Chögyal Tenzin, based on the empowerment ritual Precious Garland, he divided it into forty-five mandalas, from which he received the complete four rivers transmission, the empowerment of the boundary, the life empowerment, and the empowerment, instructions, explanations, and oral transmissions. And based on the empowerment ritual Honey River, relying on twenty-one painted mandalas.
