This symbolizes the yoga of uniting wisdom and the sphere of non-conceptual awareness. Then, the general samaya mudra of the five families is as follows: In the eighth chapter, it says, "The tips of Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) and Mūṃ (藏文:མཱུྃ,梵文天城体:मू,梵文罗马拟音:mūṃ,汉语字面意思:Mūṃ) are joined together, the eight syllables are crossed and the tips are connected. It is the mudra of bestowing great bliss, uniting with all the Victorious Ones." It is like that. Regarding the reason for crossing the fingers in this way, it is said in the oral tradition of Paltrul Rinpoche that the deities embrace other lineages in this way, just as worldly people now take wives, and it is similar to obtaining different lineages. They are joined together and explained from the perspective of what is to be purified and what purifies, but I have not found a reliable source for this. In Thalwa it says: "The owner of the sphere and wisdom, dwells in its own nature as Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) and Mūṃ (藏文:མཱུྃ,梵文天城体:मू,梵文罗马拟音:mūṃ,汉语字面意思:Mūṃ). The method of the father, the vajra horn, and the wisdom of the mother, the lotus petals, become crossed at their own places. Moreover, not only are the Victorious Ones of the same lineage, but many different lineages also become mixed. Therefore, it is said that one obtains the great bliss of the Victorious Ones' wisdom for the sake of experiencing it." Judging from this, the main deity representing the empty aspect of the sphere is the letter Mūṃ (藏文:མཱུྃ,梵文天城体:मू,梵文罗马拟音:mūṃ,汉语字面意思:Mūṃ) of the Queen of the Sphere, and the most important one representing the aspect of wisdom appearance is the letter Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) of Vairochana. The two are bound together, and except for Svā (藏文:སྭཱ,梵文天城体:स्वा,梵文罗马拟音:svā,汉语字面意思:Svā) Māṃ (藏文:མཱྃ,梵文天城体:माम्,梵文罗马拟音:māṃ,汉语字面意思:Māṃ), the others are crossed. Many different lineages of Buddhas are mixed with skillful means and wisdom, and bound together inseparably by bliss. Thus, the wisdom of realizing the deities as inseparable is firmly developed, and for the sake of developing great bliss, most of the fingers are joined in a crossed manner. Even those that are not crossed, Svā (藏文:སྭཱ,梵文天城体:स्वा,梵文罗马拟音:svā,汉语字面意思:Svā) Māṃ (藏文:མཱྃ,梵文天城体:माम्,梵文罗马拟音:māṃ,汉语字面意思:Māṃ) are the two ring fingers of the father's general seal, and the two thumbs of the mother's general seal. Although there is one pair, the bliss of the parents' lineages being mixed and unmixed is gathered and mixed. In short, all the deities and mantras of all lineages, all appearances, are mudras of binding bliss. It seems that it can be said that way, but it is just a basis for research. The individual mudras are each to be done as seven combined mudras. For example, in the case of Akshobhya, one meditates on oneself as the body of the Akshobhya father and mother, the great mudra 1. The middle finger of the right hand is raised to the heart, establishing the samaya mudra 2. Thinking of the letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at its tip is the thought dharma mudra 3. That is completely transformed into a five-pronged vajra.
