For these, establishing as mantra after connecting the root generation is the same as before. At the end of each of these, like "So-and-so Hūṃ Jaḥ," if any desired mantra tail is added, it is said that it will also become a mantra that urges action. For the main deity, there is no separate urging mantra other than the recitation mantra itself. Third, from the seventh and sixteenth chapters, there are mantras for requesting to listen, inviting, throwing wisdom fire, urging and merging, empowerment and blessing, and the songs of praise to the wrathful deities, such as the Ali and Uli. The Clear Illumination says: "Constantly reciting is that the fruit of enlightenment and Buddhahood, one's own speech enters the speech itself, therefore it enters the dharani." As it is said, "reciting in the mouth," the main thing said for the purpose of common accomplishments and especially for accomplishing speech vajra is the recitation mantra. Therefore, if the method of how to recite is also explained, in the Lamrim it says: "Abandon the ten faults, with the three aspects, complete the recitation according to the number." It is said like this. The ten faults are: In the Fearful Lightning of the Parts of the Collection Sutra it says: "The sound is not loud nor small, not fast nor slow, not strong nor weak, the letters and limbs are not damaged, not distracted nor speaking, not interrupted by yawning, etc." Like this, it is being too loud or too quiet, etc. The three aspects are the ways of reciting, and there are also the three clear ones, the three outer, inner, and secret ones, and the ways of reciting the three subtle ones, etc. The first is: oneself is visualized as the samaya-sattva, and from that, the wisdom-sattva separated in front is visualized, and from the samaya-sattva to the wisdom-sattva, rays of light radiate and gather, clear like an unopposed wheel of fire, recite in that kind of state. The second is: after separating the samaya and wisdom, radiating and gathering, from mouth to mouth, and also radiating from the nostrils, and reciting in the way of revolving from the secret place to the secret place, and radiating outwards to urge the purification of obscurations, and gathering inwards to purify obscurations and make it a suitable vessel for accomplishments, these are the two ways of reciting like the outer. The wisdom-sattva is separated or not separated, it is also okay to radiate and gather in Akanishta, radiating outwards to urge accomplishments, and gathering inwards to think of obtaining accomplishments, this is the way of reciting like the inner. Not radiating outwards, but only focusing on gathering accomplishments inwards, like the secret, father

From the oral instructions of the Mother Tantra and Father Tantra, visualize the transformation from the mouth to the space wheel as secret, and there are two ways to recite like a secret, namely outer, inner, and secret. The third also has two ways: the recitation that focuses on the gradual unfolding and gathering of letters, implements, and subtle deities, and the Vajra recitation that combines the three stages of breath entering, abiding, and rising with mantras. In this way, through any chosen path, it is best to obtain the signs of being blessed by the deity, or to obtain the warmth of a stable mind; the intermediate level is to vow to recite for one year or six months, etc., and recite as such; the lowest level is to recite one hundred million times for the main deity, and one hundred thousand times each for the retinue, as stated by the Omniscient One. Secondly, the mudras: one's own mind awareness is the body Mahamudra, etc., the four mudras manifest from the complete deity form, and the term "Mudra" signifies a sign, which has three meanings: the sign that is the basis of the expresser, the sign of the expressed and the expresser, and the sign of the inviolable seal, here referring to the former, the inviolable. Thus it is said, the four mudras of body, speech, mind, and activity are fully manifest, and from the aspect of being inviolable, the three doors and all actions are made stable and unshakable in the essence of complete purity, becoming the great sign or mark of the great masters. As stated in the Extensive [text]: For example, just as a seal affixed by a worldly king is difficult to transgress and cannot be transgressed, similarly, in the nature of the purity of the three doors, wherever the supreme place of the great equal taste of the indestructible Victorious Ones' body, speech, and mind Vajra three is, awareness manifests as the deity of the four complete mudras, and from the aspect of being inviolable, that itself becomes the form or sign of the great master of mantras, therefore recitation, practice, and meditation are proclaimed as mudras. Thus it is said, this mainly focuses on the mind visualizing the deity clearly, which is the function of the mudra of superior meditation. The mudras established based on meditation have two types: peaceful and wrathful. First, the cause of the arising of mudras is: placing the five hero seed syllables on the five fingers of the right hand, and placing the five heroine seed syllables on the five fingers of the left hand, and then joining the palms. This is the preliminary to all mudras, the basis of all accomplishments of mudras, and the great bliss of the inner means of a yogi.
