Increase. Holding the vajra with the thumb and forefinger, touching the nectar, reciting the mantra to summon the nectar, and visualizing the light of Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) summoning the nectar of samsara and nirvana, dissolving into the nectar of samaya, and then blessing the nectar. This is not only for the sake of medicine offering, but as it is said in the scriptures: If a torma is made to a yogi, it will purify the conceptual obscurations and broken samayas of the three poisons of ordinary impure attachment, aversion, and ignorance. If a torma is made to the objects of offering, everything will become nectar. If a torma is made to the opposing side, even the fierce and wrathful Rudra will be destroyed. As such, there are many other necessities as well. Similarly, placing Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡) on the torma, and through scattering and the torma mantra, expanding and multiplying the six desire goddesses one by one immeasurably. And, from the rakta, through scattering and mantra, transforming it into an ocean of rakta. Secondly, visualizing oneself as a Karma Vajrasattva emanating from the heart of the main deity of the mandala, residing at the east gate of the mandala, is who the offerer is. What kind of offering does he make? There are fourteen kinds. If combined with the peaceful illusion, the first is prostration: not clinging to the object and basis of prostration, realizing this as the prostration of meaning; remembering the qualities of the deities, prostrating with reverence, this is the prostration of gesture. Prostrating with both combined, and visualizing the assembly of deities giving a response. The second is the mudra, which will be explained later. The third is Samantabhadra: merely arranging around the mandala, not a small amount, the container and contents, the support and supported, everything becomes the form of offering. All phenomena of samsara and nirvana are equal in the face of the wisdom of self-appearing awareness, without good or bad and acceptance or rejection, therefore there is no object that has not been offered, not even a mote of dust, because the field of activity is completely pure. Just as Bodhisattva Samantabhadra uses space as a container and offerings as essence to offer, this is the Samantabhadra offering, the supreme method of offering vast offerings. The mantras, mudras, etc. of this and the following offerings are according to the sadhana. The fourth is foot washing: the goddess holding the washing water offers three times, first washing the hands, second washing the feet, and third washing the face, visualizing the purification of the obscurations of one's three doors.

Fifth, the Four Intertwined: Manifest countless goddesses such as Vajra Incense Woman, offering incense to the nose, flowers to the head, lamps to the eyes, and unguents to the heart. Finally, contemplate that the goddesses dissolve into their respective places, and the mind is pleased and satisfied with great bliss wisdom. As a form of reciprocation, four goddesses arise again from those places of the deities and dissolve into the four places such as the nose of Karma Vajrasattva, thereby attaining the accomplishments of the four activities of body, speech, mind, and action. Thus, because the two methods of arising and reciprocation are intertwined, it is called the Four Intertwined. Sixth, the Medicine Offering: As it is said that the greatness of offering in the world, it also needs an expression that is based on meaning, so first state the greatness of nectar. Then, scattering with the mudra of the thumb and ring finger joining like the sun and moon, from the nectar droplets forming like clouds in the sky, rain of Rasayana falls, causing the deities to generate splendor. After that, although there is confession of obstacles to accomplishment in the treasure aspect, here there is none. Place Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) on one's tongue and the three syllables on the mouth of the medicine container, take it with the thumb and ring finger and place it on the tongue, thereby forming in the three places, the rays gather, and contemplate attaining the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. Seventh, the Torma: As in the blessing stage, offer the torma in the form of the six desire goddesses, contemplating that the Form Vajra Mother and the mirror dissolve into the eyes, the Sound Vajra Mother and the lute dissolve into the ears, etc., dissolving into their respective sense gates and feeling pleased. Eighth, the Nectar Secret Mantra: The Secret Mantra or Tsang Mantra, just as calling gold "golden face" and calling its drink "beverage," is an ancient word for beverage. Sprinkle the stream of nectar on the torma three times, the first time causing the deities to rejoice, the second time liberating the Hearers from obstacles, and the third time urging the Buddhas to engage in benefiting others. Ninth, the Superior Samadhi Offering: Of the two, manifestation and transformation, here it is done according to the latter, that is, from the heart of one's own Karma-Vajrasattva, manifest the letter Bhrūṃ (བྷྲུཾ,梵文天城体:भ्रुं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrūṃ,汉语字面意思:Bhrūṃ), blessing the earth and houses, etc., into pure lands and immeasurable palaces. Similarly, from Trāṃ (ཏྲཱཾ,梵文天城体:त्रాం,梵文罗马拟音:trāṃ,汉语字面意思:Trāṃ) manifest ornaments and forests, from Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrīḥ) manifest songs, from A (ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) manifest bathing ponds, and from Oṃ (ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) manifest food.
