And also the reverence, like a Khenpo, those who act as the teacher of one's own level of knowledge are the uncles who lead into the Dharma gate; bestowing the vows of mantras and empowerment, is the father of the vow empowerment, thereby determining the lineage; becoming the object of confessing transgressions, reciting the confession three times in front of the deity who is not tainted by similar defilements, is the mother who makes up for the deficiencies, just as a mother saves a weak and dying child during pregnancy and birth; one who is weakened by transgressions, who can make them faultless, is the mother; clearly explaining and teaching the meaning of the scriptures, the guru who explains the gathering with just two sentences, is the eye that liberates the wisdom eye; explaining the meaning of the hidden and ultimate meanings, the hiddenness of conventional truth and the hiddenness of desire-attachment Dharma, etc., the guru who bestows the essence of profound meaning, is the teacher of the oral transmission of the essence, looking at and revering those people as if they were more precious than the heart. Here, regarding the way of measuring the similarities between metaphors and meanings, there are also the words of Mipham and Paltrul, etc., but they are not mentioned because they are easy to understand. Or, they are also the latter four gurus directly taught in the tantras. However, if one despises one guru, the similar causes and effects will increase, and it will be difficult to protect other gurus, therefore, the common teacher and the two who lead into the Dharma gate, etc., are also mentioned as an aside, and it should be said as such. Thirdly, the unsurpassed Bodhicitta mentioned above is not only the fabricated appearance-emptiness of mantras and mudras, if the unfabricated appearance-emptiness lacks limbs, just like an arrow without feathers, even if it is shot, its power is weak, it will not produce a strong power of accomplishment, therefore, in the lines of the phrase "unsurpassed not abandoned", the unsurpassed is what is to be accomplished, and mantras and mudras are what can be accomplished, as stated in the commentary on the "Treasury of Merit". Therefore, for the three mantras and four mudras that will be explained, one must diligently practice through the three doors of meditation, recitation, and binding. If one diligently practices, not only will one attain accomplishments, but if one does not diligently practice, one will generate transgressions that violate the precepts. The boundary of generating transgressions can also be inferred from the words of the "Vow Lamp", that is, "unsurpassed not abandoned" not remembering three times a day, and after the time limit of the four protective wheels of mantras and mudras has passed, transgressions will be generated, and the Tsok offering Torma is also the same.

If it breaks by transgressing the limit, it is the same. If you protect it, not only will you gain merit, but also the manner in which falling from transgression occurs should be understood for the remaining aspects such as honoring the lama. Fourth, regarding the objects, there are four kinds of spiritual siblings: common, distant, near, and mixed. The term 'sibling' refers to those of the same lineage. The common sibling refers to all sentient beings, because they share the same lineage of the Sugata-garbha and will all become enlightened in the future. Based on this reason, they should be loved and respected, as explained in the 'Clear Illumination.' This is a great method for restraining all sins and downfalls that depend on sentient beings. Distant siblings are those of other religions, thinking of them as followers of the Blessed One. Near siblings are those of the mantra vehicle, thinking of them as residing in the pure realm of the Buddha's activity, even up to artificial mandalas. Mixed siblings are those who share the same samaya, where self and others are mixed equally. The 'Clear Illumination' explicitly states that siblings who share the same lama or the same father. Scholars say that 'same father' also implies the same mandala, and 'same mother' also implies siblings. These two should be loved even more with the three doors, with the understanding that they are connected by the lifeline of samaya until reaching the essence of enlightenment. Transgressing the limit of love towards them can also lead to the fault of breaking samaya. However, Rongzom Chenpo considers the actual sibling mentioned here to be only the Mahayana practitioner. The statement 'entered the correct path' and the implication in the thirteenth chapter that the Paramita vehicle practitioner has not realized the true nature suggest that the path of realizing the true nature can be understood as the secret mantra, thus it seems to refer only to the Mahayana secret mantra practitioner. Fifth, 'secret' is taken as the basis for explanation. What is secret is indicated by 'the meaning of secret.' To whom it is secret is indicated by 'outward,' meaning those who are not qualified vessels. How to keep it secret is indicated by 'do not speak.' If these are distinguished, the object of secrecy is stated in the 'Detailed Rules of Samaya': Having committed a root downfall, if it is not remedied outwardly, thus breaking the samaya, or even if one root downfall has abandoned the vows, the continuity of downfall is not stopped, thus deviating from or transgressing the samaya. Not having received empowerment, thus lacking samaya and vows, belonging to those without samaya, not having seen the mandala. The lama and mandala are mixed, or not the same, belonging to all that is unmixed.
