It is obvious. Furthermore, in terms of the speed of the paths, the path of liberation is like ore placed with precious lapis lazuli that gradually turns into gold; the path of means is described as transforming iron ore into gold in an instant through the mixture of mercury. However, the path of liberation is not necessarily slow, although the gradual path of liberation is slower than the gradual path of means. The instantaneous path of liberation, whether self-sharpening or honed, is said to be even faster than the instantaneous path of means. When discussing speed, if we consider the differences between common and universal, prior and special, then the path of liberation should be explained first. But considering the ease of explanation, it is acceptable to first briefly explain the path of means and then explain it in detail later. As stated in (Tsongkhapa's) *Lamrim Chenmo*, for the sake of ease of explanation, the path of means should be explained first. Even if the previously established view has not been realized beyond mere hearing and thinking, in the path of means itself, through the experience of clear light, striking the vital points on one's own and others' bodies, this is the actual realization of the clear light of means and means-arisen. The five yogas of the path of means are not means-arisen. If we follow the order of the two yogas, means comes first, and the wisdom of the completion stage that arises from means is explained from the framework of the path of liberation, which is solely for the sake of ease of explanation, and it is not that there is no way to establish the order. By the implication of the word "framework," the order of means and means-arisen is explained here. One should not understand the path of means as means and the path of liberation as means-arisen. If that were the case, the path of means would come first and the path of liberation would come later, which would confuse the order of common and special. But here, the wisdom of means-arisen of the path of means itself is also present in the framework of the path of liberation, so it is in relation to this that the path of means is explained first. It is also because the path of liberation is shown later for the sake of common understanding. This is divided into two: the gradual path of means, which is the upper gate grasping and taming; and the instantaneous path of means, which is the lower gate path of playing in the three realms. First, the meaning of grasping and taming is that the essence of the body is the channels, and the essence of the channels is dhātu (Tibetan: ཁམས་, Sanskrit: धातु, dhātu, element). In the dhātu (Tibetan: ཁམས་, Sanskrit: धातु, dhātu, element), it is said that the bindu of melting and taming can be made to descend, return, and transform, and made capable, which is called the meaning of taming, and through the operation, wisdom arises.

Therefore, the meaning of the path of taming and the meaning of playing in the three realms is: In the fourth chapter of the Tantra, the object is the object-body. The root that connects the object and consciousness is the sense faculty. The ear faculty of the speaker's body is connected to speech or language, so the sense faculty is said to be speech. Consciousness is spoken in the heart, the appearance of the body is the desire realm, the half-appearance of speech is the form realm, and the invisibility of mind, sound, and form is said to be the formless realm. The main thing said is the tactile sensation of the lotus, the body is the desire realm, the vajra faculty, speech is the form realm, and the consciousness of bliss, the mind is the formless realm. The gathering, meeting, or combining of the three realms, the arising of the realization of mantra in one's own continuum, is the activity of play, therefore it is called playing in the three realms. The former relies on oneself, and the latter relies on others. Mainly practicing the path of taming, one must also learn the play of the three realms to improve. Mainly practicing the play of the three realms, one must also first operate the three channels, bindus, and winds through taming. However, depending on what is mainly practiced, it can be arranged according to the method and sequence, or simultaneously as the path of two people, just like the former. First, the yoga of the upper gate is divided into two explanations: the new school's Guhyasamaja and others, and in all the inner tantras of the Nyingma school, there is a common way of explaining the upper gate path, and the special upper gate path that is not common in the later mantras of the new school and others. The first is: In the Explanatory Tantra Sea, it is said: "Three wheels two, three life-channels. Fire wind moves, space realm. Churning above, name is proclaimed." The meaning is: The three wheels two pairs are: the crown chakra is the great bliss wheel, the throat chakra is the enjoyment wheel, the heart chakra is the dharma wheel, and the navel chakra is the emanation wheel, these are the four root wheels. Four fingers below that, at the secret place, there is the fire mandala great attendant, that is, the red part of the emanation wheel, the need for the red heat to blaze upwards from the kundalini of the navel, the triangular red-black, marked with (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: raṃ) the fire mandala, in other mantra tantras, the fire is like Brahma in its own place, so it is called the fire mandala of Brahma's fire. Below that, at the anus, there is the downward-clearing wind that ignites the fire, bow-shaped green, marked with (Tibetan: ཡཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: yaṃ), these are the two causal wheels. The three life-channels are: the path of the white bodhicitta descending from the head, the path of the single red bodhicitta, and the central channel, these three.
