The coarse mind is the sense consciousness, the subtle is the mind, the very subtle is the three minds of appearance, increase, and near attainment, and the extremely subtle is the innate mind of clear light. In terms of the body, likewise, from the coarse seat of sense consciousness, to the seat of mind consciousness, to the seat of the three minds of appearance, increase, and near attainment, to the seat of clear light, and the extremely subtle primordial wind body. This is like the wind horse separating, the mind remaining in its natural state, with no further movement. The three consciousnesses of appearance, increase, and near attainment are the habits of manifestation, or as stated in the Kalachakra, the habits of transference, placed upon the primordial wind at the time of their respective cessation, destroying the subtle demons. When one attains Buddhahood, its signs appear, like thick smoke billowing when the fire is intense. Outwardly, with intense manifest actions, inconceivable activities arise, appearing as the basis for the five perfections of wrathful deities. Here, for Rudra, in general, the habits of the three doors (body, speech, and mind) are Rudra, like self-grasping, it is the Rudra of consciousness, impure appearances, the outer container world in general, and the individual abodes of the six realms, are the Rudra of appearance, the common ones arise from the previous individual actions, therefore the later ones are uncommon, and the individuals Rudra in general and black liberation, etc., are formed by common actions that destroy the world, such as the individual individuals of the six realms. Because there are uncommon individuals Rudra, the Rudra to be tamed is pervaded by individuals. For example, Matram, Khatram, Akarsha Rudra, etc., are said to represent the impure body, speech, and mind respectively. Moreover, the basis for the emanation body taming beings, in the first chapter's "Meaning Symbols of the Three Bodies," it is said that the meaning symbols of the emanation body are that body, speech, and mind appear in various ways. This explains the meaning of the emanation body naturally arising from the enjoyment body. In the second chapter, in the Teacher's response, it is said that in order to show the meaning of the tantra, in front of the disciples who can be guided, in order to suit their wishes, various emanation body games are shown. This indicates that the peaceful and wrathful ones emanating from the enjoyment body become incidental bases. Second, regarding initiating the topic, through the combination of the Teacher and disciples' questions and answers, in order to make the meaning of the tantra clear light suitable to the minds of the beings to be tamed, thereby attaining the ultimate realization of the meaning of the tantra, before the appearance of the supreme emanation body who directly and indirectly shows the various stages of the path, initiating the topic is characteristic.

O! This commentary takes the clear light of Dharma, which realizes the meaning of the tantra to be discussed, as its subject matter. It encourages the discussion of the subject and object of the tantra, and thus becomes the cause for the arising of the actual teachings of mantra and the stages of the path, etc. Therefore, it is called 'encouragement'. There are two types: uncommon and common. The first is the empowerment of secret initiation, and the manner of bestowing the two higher empowerments. The first is: The teacher, the father and mother in union, the sun and moon bodhicitta arising from the wisdom of self-appearance, together with the complete retinue, empower the princes of the realized ones who have attained the ultimate path. The manner is also that the father holds the aspect of skillful means, in order to make all the bodhicitta, samsara and nirvana, the stable and moving, enlightened in a single mandala of pure and vast deities where even the name of impurity does not exist, and for the sake of showing the increasing conventional truth, he recites "Ema Vajra Puja (ཨེ་མའོ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕུང་པོའི་,vajra pūja,金刚堆)" and so on. It is necessary to know that not only in the ultimate truth, but also in the conventional truth, there is no other than the nature of purity. If it is said, will the non-establishment of the basis of what is to be abandoned, etc., harm? Although there are adventitious dharmas, they are not of the nature, so their existence is meaningless. Because it has no independent nature. Because the nature of the conventional is the increasing conventional wisdom itself, it is empty of non-nature. The mother holds the red aspect of wisdom, in order to make all the stable and moving, from the wisdom of emptiness of nature from the beginning, in the pure dharmadhatu that is free from the two, real clinging and conceptual thoughts, not different from that, and for the sake of showing the increasing ultimate truth, she recites "Kyemao Space of the Ten Directions (ཀྱེ་མའོ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སྟོང་ཁམས་,dasa dik śūnyadhātu,十方空界)" and so on, and gives instructions, so the retinue and others, more than before, greatly ignite the realization of the non-duality of the two truths. The second is: In order to make the princes who are on the ultimate path generate bliss by uniting with the self-appearing mudra, and to generate the unchanging wisdom of great bliss of the mind of skillful means, he speaks "Ema Five Wonders (ཨེ་མ་མཚར་ལྔ་)", at that time, with the first four wonders, the four realizations of the completion stage are explained in order, that is, moving and rising. The part of the previous bliss that is diminished disappears, and the part of the latter that increases arises. Abiding. Because the previous bliss is the cause, a subtle desire arises for the latter, that is, the four minds arise and lead, so it is the bindu.
