are tormented by suffering and have no opportunity to obtain liberation. Furthermore, among these subjects, someone with greater knowledge understands the benefits and drawbacks of edible plants and poisonous plants. Even if they abandon poisonous plants and consume edible plants, it is like being unable to escape from the midst of poisonous plants. In terms of the vehicle of higher realms of gods and humans, even if one practices the ten virtues and abandons the ten non-virtues, one will certainly be liberated from the three lower realms. However, because one cannot be completely liberated from samsara, the vehicle of higher realms of gods and humans does not waste the meaning of karma and its fruits. Furthermore, among these subjects, someone with greater knowledge says that it is best to uproot the poisonous plant completely, leaving no root as small as the tip of a needle, and then discard it in a garbage heap or ditch. For example, although the Hearer Vehicle realizes the selflessness of the person, because it considers the apprehended phenomena to be ultimately real, the Hearer Vehicle has a method for abandoning afflictions. Furthermore, among these subjects, someone with greater knowledge says that if the poisonous plant is cut off at the root, pouring alkaline water on the cut will prevent it from growing again. For example, those of the Solitary Realizer Vehicle, through the forward and reverse order of internal and external dependent origination,

It is said that something supremely excellent will arise. For example, the three outer tantras do not accept the substantial existence of relative truth, but they do not deny the existence established by investigation. In this way, one cannot say that there are no actions and results of actions, nor can one deny them. However, if one observes the method of transforming all afflictions and conceptualizations into deities and wisdom, one will not be tainted by faults. Thus, the teachings of the three divisions of Kriya Yoga have the method of transforming afflictions into deities and wisdom. Also, like a peacock that appears, rejoices upon seeing a poisonous tree, and eats it without hesitation, resulting in its youth and feathers becoming more luxuriant. Similarly, however the two, Maha Yoga and Anu Yoga, utilize the five afflictions, they are transformed into qualities, and the self-radiance of the five wisdoms arises. Therefore, the two, Maha Yoga and Anu Yoga, have the method of mastering afflictions. Ati Yoga, regarding the poisonous grass in the garden, whether it grows, is eaten, is discarded, is cut, is poured with poison at the cut, is transformed with medicine, is blessed with mantras, is eaten by peacocks, etc., however it is utilized, there is no thought of liking or disliking. Even if poisonous grass does not grow, there is no need for any assertion, negation, acceptance, or rejection, because the self-arisen wisdom of the Dharmadhatu naturally arises. Realizing that all abandoning, training, and transforming arise from the view of substantial clinging, it teaches the ultimate meaning of not needing scriptural words. This passage explains that the view of Ati Yoga, in terms of the true meaning of equality between samsara and nirvana, is the pinnacle of all sectarian teachings, and therefore it is called the Great Perfection of Naturalness. Dharma Shri said: "The view of Ati Yoga is the separation from subtle clinging to the two truths." Also, in the Kunjed Gyalpo Tantra, it says: "All that is gathered, all that is needed, all is gathered here. The Great Perfection of Naturalness is gathered here. There is nothing that is not gathered here. This is the essence of all." These are the explanations of the fourth perfection, the perfection of Dharma. The explanation of the fifth perfection, the perfection of time, is: "In an extremely rare time." Generally, an eon is divided into two types: a bright eon and a dark eon. The time when Buddhas appear in the world is called a bright eon, and the time when Buddhas do not appear is called a dark eon. However, in this present Fortunate Eon, one thousand and two Buddhas have appeared and will appear, and
