As it is said. Here, goddesses of the five desirable qualities, such as the form vajra, offer to the objects of offering like clouds in the sky or like dust in the sunlight. Furthermore, the boundaries and four corners of the door and the door frame are adorned with half-moon vajras and so on. As it is said in the 'Meaning of Dharma': 'Beautiful forms, melodious sounds, fragrant smells come, delicious tastes, pleasing dharmas, the goddesses play beautifully.' So it is said. Third, explaining the upper ornaments: On the top of the vase of the celestial palace, on top of the fragrant mud projection, on the lotus, is the Dharma wheel symbolizing the ground and path, above the thirteen levels is the umbrella that dispels the suffering of afflictions, and the vajra crest symbolizing the unchanging Dharmadhatu. As it is said in the 'Vajra Mirror': 'The Dharma wheel has been turned, dispelling the suffering of afflictions and heat, compassion is shown as the nature of the umbrella, all gathered into one, the crest blazing with a thousand lights.' So it is said. Fourth, the ornaments of the door and the horse-landing: The left and right sides of the door are adorned with door-keeper bull-lions, and above the door-house, inside the cool room, is a bell symbolizing the definitive meaning, a gandi symbolizing the provisional meaning, and a vajra-bell symbolizing the non-duality of method and wisdom, and so on. In the center above the garuda's head is the Dharma wheel, the handle of the umbrella, male and female deer on the left and right, and from the root of the wheel to the crest of the center of the celestial palace is a golden rope with golden bells ringing the sounds of the Three Jewels. As it is said in the 'Fearsome Lightning': 'The four doors of that celestial palace are beautifully adorned with two bull-lions, on the levels of the horse-landings are blazing golden bells, also proclaiming the sound of the Three Jewels.' And as it is said in the 'Meaning of Dharma': 'The Dharma wheel is the symbol of the main deity, the deer are the symbol of the retinue, the bell is the symbol of the definitive meaning, the gandi is the symbol of the provisional meaning, the vajra-bell is the symbol of method and wisdom.' So it is said. Fifth, the outer ornaments are: On the left and right of the door are a pair of tala trees and wish-fulfilling trees, connected to each other by golden ropes, a bathing pond with eight qualities, various goddesses playing happily, and two piles of jewels in each direction.

It is adorned by the eighth and so on. As it says in the Light Sequence: "On the right and left of the four doors are trees, wish-fulfilling trees paired and connected, bells ringing, proclaiming the Great Vehicle, auspicious birds singing sweetly, wish-fulfilling jewels circling eight times, possessing four and two jewel heaps." Sixth, the ornament of essence is: four corners representing the four truths, and the corridor and surroundings representing the two truths. The four truths are: the truth of suffering, the truth of origin, the truth of the path, and the truth of cessation. The two truths are: the ultimate truth and the conventional truth. Seventh, the ornament of the owner is: there are ornaments made of houses, ornaments made of owners, and ornaments made of their utensils, etc. But here, it is adorned by the forty-two victorious ones (peaceful and wrathful deities). As it says in this very text: "Adorned with forty-two mandalas." For example, just as the householder makes the house beautiful, and the abundant utensils make the householder beautiful. Eighth, the explanation of the door is: it is indicated by the phrase "having a door frame that enters through the four doors of liberation." That is, the door symbolizes the spontaneously accomplished great perfection that is symbolized by the four doors of liberation, and it also arises from understanding the meaning of the four liberations. The four liberations are: understanding the meaning of emptiness liberates one from the attachment to grasping at entities; understanding the meaning of signlessness liberates one from the attachment to grasping at signs; understanding the meaning of wishlessness accomplishes all wishes for the result. These are the three common liberations, and the uncommon liberation is that understanding the naturally luminous nature liberates one from all attachments to grasping at entities and signs. As it says in the Limb: "Emptiness, wishlessness, signlessness, luminosity enter, therefore the four doors of wisdom arise." Then, is it like a Thangka door? It is not. The edge led by the words door and door frame above is decorated with eleven vajra meshes and so on. As it says in the Secret of the Buddha: "The gatehouse is the room of the gatekeeper, the upper room dispels the darkness of ignorance, in order to open the window of wisdom, make eleven vajra meshes." Ninth, the horse landing is: the horse landing of the eight liberations.
