Furthermore, the classification of Samadhi includes two types: Uncommon Basis and Common Basis. Among these, the first is also combined with the path of skillful means, explained as in the Inner Secret. Therefore, there are two types: the Explanatory Tantra as the Ocean, which is combined with the upper gate of the path of skillful means, and the Explanatory Tantra as Ashes, which is combined with the lower gate of secrecy. First, the Explanatory Tantra as the Ocean, which is combined with the upper gate of the path of skillful means, is as follows: (Tibetan) (Sanskrit Devanagari) (Sanskrit Romanization) (Literal Chinese meaning), because each pair of verses shows the meaning of a perfect gathering. First, explaining the perfect gathering of the place is indicated by: དྷརྨ༴ འོད་བཞི༴. Its meaning is: In the heart chakra, there are eight petals of channels. If these are summarized, they can be reduced to four root petals: In the front, there is a channel with one root that divides into three tips, its shape is round, and its light is white, performing the function of manifesting the unborn Dharmadhatu, so in the front, it is called the Dharma-nature channel. On the right, there is a channel, its shape is square, its light is yellow, performing the function of manifesting wisdom, so on the right, it is called the Wisdom channel. On the left, there is a channel, its shape is crescent-shaped, its light is red, performing the function of manifesting the eye and clairvoyance, etc., so on the left, it is called the Merit channel. In the back, there is a channel with one root that divides into three tips, its shape is triangular, its light is red-black, it does not manifest the above-mentioned merits, and knowledge becomes ignorant and obscured, so in the back, it is called the Self-nature channel. The small booklet "Self-Abiding" says: Red and black in color, with a hidden shape, in the three knowledges, it becomes ignorant and obscured, that is a container of foolishness, abiding in fierceness. These are the places where the essence of wisdom, the bindu, resides, so it is called the perfect gathering of the place. Second, the perfect gathering of the teacher is indicated by: མི་ཤིག༴ རང་ལ༴. In the center of the above-mentioned channels, there are five great essences. What are the five? The essence of earth, like a white silk thread, thick and thin like a horse's tail.

Just as in a small crack, the clarity of water is like the juice of the annatto tree, the clarity of fire is like the heat of a mirror placed in the sun, the clarity of wind is like the steam beneath the gold mine flowing in the sky, and the clarity of the sky is like the clear and open state of space. As it says in the "Small Self-Arising": "Silk thread, annatto juice, gold vapor, sunlight, cushion, and mirror are all clean. The clarity of the four elements is the clarity of bliss, the realm of the sky." Thus, the indestructible bindu, the essence of the five clarities combined, shaped like the letter vam (藏文,梵文天城体:vam,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:വം), just as a butter lamp does not need other illumination, it has the function of illuminating its own bliss, therefore it is called the perfect teacher. As it says in the "Vajra Mirror": "Whatever dwells in the hearts of sentient beings, the self-arising, uncontaminated wisdom mind, the indestructible bindu, great bliss, pervades all like the sky, is the un abiding nature of the Dharmakaya." As it says in the "Five Stages": "The one bindu that always dwells in the heart, is without change. For the person who meditates on this, wisdom will definitely arise." As it says in the "Lama": "The great bindu yogi, simultaneously realizes the three samenesses." The third is the perfection of retinue. "Manu… experiencing wisdom…" Manu means knowing, that is, the eight aggregates of consciousness, such as mind. In front is the alaya consciousness of the Dharmadhatu channel. On the right is the consciousness of the wisdom channel. On the left is the afflicted consciousness of the merit channel. Behind is the five sense consciousnesses of the self-continuum channel. Thus, these eight aggregates of consciousness experience the inexpressible, non-conceptual five wisdoms, therefore it is called the perfection of retinue. The fourth is the perfection of Dharma. "Wisdom sky… Paramartha…" Generating the form of the wisdom sky in the continuum, derived from the word Paramartha (藏文,梵文天城体:paramārtha,梵文罗马拟音:paramārtha,汉语字面意思:胜义), which means ultimate profound ultimate truth. The essence of the secret of self-nature is, from the perspective of the profound reality of the Dharmadhatu, called the perfection of teaching. The fifth is the explanation of the perfection of time. "Bliss… Three times…" When bliss arises in the continuum through practicing the path of the upper gate, before and after
