Now, among the outer enjoyments, inner sacred substances of nectar, secret union and liberation, the first, outer enjoyments, are flowers, incense, and so on. The reason why it is called "outer" is that not only are they widely known in both Sutra and Tantra, but also in the world, from kings to beggars, everyone enjoys them, except for the difference in the quality of the utensils, so they are famous in this way. The inner sacred substance of nectar is the five meats and five nectars, and so on. The reason why it is called "inner" is that not only is it not known in the Sutra vehicle, but also not in the outer three classes of Tantra, so it is a unique characteristic of the inner Anuttara Yoga. The secret union and liberation are the extraordinary practices of union and liberation such as Tana and Gana. This is not only not found in the three classes of Kriya Yoga, but even in those, it must be practiced in a very secret way. If we consider it from the perspective of the peaceful and wrathful ritual texts that are closely related to the current topic, there are fourteen kinds of pleasing hand offerings, such as the remaining Samadhi for the peaceful deities and three times the blood as a substitute for the wrathful deities. In summary, respectfully prostrating and making hand gestures, Samantabhadra's feet cooling fourfold, nectar Torma secretly added, remaining Samadhi union and liberation, desirable sense objects, music, song, and wisdom, and all the various kinds of offerings that exist. Tenth, explaining the binding and liberating mantras and hand gestures, which have three aspects: essence, definition, and division. Among them, first, the essence. In the "Heart Drop" it says: "Letters gathered to form four, powerful touch whatever, not departing from the four perfections, whatever appears, that is the essence." Therefore, the letters of skillful means and wisdom, such as Ali and Kali, are gathered and blessed, becoming powerful, which is the essence of mantra. Intelligence appearing as the deity body of the four complete hand gestures, not departing from this, is the essence of hand gesture. Second, the definition. From the sound of "Mantra," it is called mantra because of the meaning of quickly protecting the mind and consciousness. Among them, how to protect from the perspective of bliss is that by practicing without attachment to the five objects, one can achieve the result. Quickly is that without the difficulty of three great Asankhya kalpas, one can achieve the result in one lifetime and one body. Also

The definition of Mudra is: It is derived from the sound of "Mudra", which means planting and symbolizing. Because it is difficult to surpass the empowerment of the four Mudras. Third, in terms of classification: Generally, mantras are divided into three types: secret mantras, knowledge mantras, and dharani mantras. Among them, secret mantras are the nature of skillful means and wisdom, and their door appears as a letter shape, accompanied by oral recitation, and becomes the antidote to what is not realized by the actions of taming and guarding. Knowledge mantras are the nature of wisdom and primordial wisdom, and they destroy the antidote of wrong views by the action of understanding the meaning of things. Dharani mantras are the nature of mindfulness and wisdom, and they become the antidote to memory loss by the action of holding the meaning of the Dharma without forgetting. The way these three mantras appear as deities is: secret mantras appear as male deities, and the latter two appear as female deities. In terms of specific classification, it is said in the "Clear Light Sutra": "Root, generation, and action mantras", therefore, the root mantra is the one that does not change the cause, generation is the condition mantra, and recitation is the action mantra. The first is: the seed syllable "བྷྲུཾ" (Tibetan, भृं, bhrūṃ, seed syllable) as the cause of the visualized generation, and when generating deities, peaceful deities have the seed syllables of the letter wheel such as "ཨ་ཀ་ཁ་ག་གྷ་ང་", and the seed syllables of the families such as "ༀ་མཱུཾ།" (Tibetan, ॐ, oṃ, Om; Tibetan, मूँ, mūṃ, Mūṃ, Moo), and wrathful deities have "ཧཱུྃ་ཧ་ཧེ་ཕཊ་" (Tibetan, हुं, hūṃ, Hung; Tibetan, ह, ha, Ha; Tibetan, हे, he, Hey; Tibetan, फट्, phaṭ, Phat) and so on. The second is the generation condition mantra, which is the single generation mantra that abandons the seed syllable, such as "བཛྲ་དྷྲིཀ྄་" (Tibetan, वज्र धृक्, vajra dhṛk, Vajradhara), and "མ་ཧཱ་ཤྲི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊཿ" (Tibetan, महा श्री हेरुक हुं फट्, mahā śrī heruka hūṃ phaṭ, Great Glorious Heruka Hung Phat) and so on. The third is the recitation action mantra, which is the recitation of the seed syllable and the generation mantra combined. If these are combined with the completion stage, then the co-emergent wisdom naturally exists in oneself from the beginning, and this is the root mantra that does not change the cause. To this, practicing the key points of skillful means with special effort is the generation condition mantra, and meditating in that way is the recitation action mantra. If Mudras are classified, then all conceptualizations appearing as the mandala of deities is the nature Mudra, and generating special conviction about this and making it manifest is the Mudra of view, and one's own fruit manifesting as it is, abiding in the great mandala of peaceful and wrathful deities in Akanishta is the Mudra of fruit. Specifically, regarding the explanation of the supreme Samadhi Mudra, it is said in the "Clear Light Sutra": Vow, action, and Dharma, etc.
