When discussing the eight worldly dharmas, it is said from the Samadhi of cultivating the realm of conduct: Pleasant and unpleasant, liking and disliking, similarly, praise and blame, fame and infamy, gain and no gain, these eight worldly dharmas, all should be abandoned far away. Thus it is said. "What should not be done" refers to all inherently unreasonable actions. Conduct that relies on favorable conditions is: In meditative equipoise, increase realization and be mindful; in post-meditation, even in the intervals, mainly practice the ten activities of Dharma. Furthermore, there are the yoga of sleeping and waking, the yoga of food and clothing, Torma and water offerings, building stupas, mandalas, circumambulation, continuous confession, reciting sutras, etc., the preliminary practice is held by Bodhicitta, the main practice is held by the wisdom of non-conceptualization of the three spheres, and the conclusion is expanded with dedication and aspiration. After that, when one is slightly accustomed and able to mix meditative equipoise and post-meditation, in secluded places such as cemeteries, make realization able to withstand obstacles, this is the conduct of a madman. From then on, being accustomed, neither adverse nor favorable conditions will cause realization to decrease or increase, acting only for the benefit of others, this is the conduct of a king, these three modes of conduct are the general practice. Secondly, there are also two kinds of special conduct: the conduct of diligence on the path of liberation and the conduct of asceticism on the path of skillful means. Among them, the first is further divided into gradual and sudden practices. The first gradual practice is further divided into: the conduct of faith and diligence, the conduct of wisdom, the conduct corresponding to skillful means, the conduct of focusing on one point, the conduct with elaboration, the conduct of accumulating merit, and the conduct of the unpolluted path, etc. First, the conduct of faith and diligence is further divided into: desire-faith, pure faith, and conviction-faith, practicing through these three ways, learning the ten boundaries of hearing, thinking, and meditating. So, what are these ten boundaries? Learning to grasp the foundation with vows, like cultivating in fertile land; learning to be liberated through hearing, like being freed from chains; learning to collect from all aspects, like bees searching for a hive; learning to guide with excellent wisdom, like reaching the top of Mount Sumeru; learning to decide by observing, like a Garuda flying into the sky.

Such as walking; learning to uphold with samadhi, like a merchant obtaining jewels; learning to abandon with conduct, like an elephant entering water; learning to attain power in stages, like a wheel-turning king ruling the kingdom; learning to accomplish meaning with oral instructions, like obtaining the ability to turn things into gold; learning to summarize the essence into one, like a farmer hoping to profit. In short, the ultimate of learning is tenfold: the basis of vows, liberation of the tantra, gathering all doors, transcendence, determination, upholding, abandoning conduct, sequential power, the meaning of oral instructions, and summarization. Yogis should understand the ten ultimates of learning in this way. Here, the main focus is on liberation through hearing the tantra, because this is the time to establish the view through hearing and thinking. Second, conduct in accordance with wisdom is the great yoga of emptiness, abandoning the proliferation of the nine dharmas in meditative equipoise, cultivating the wisdom of great emptiness, luminosity, and non-conceptualization, and maintaining that state in the post-meditative state as well. Third, conduct in accordance with skillful means is the yoga of compassion and illusion, viewing all objects as illusory from the state of emptiness and compassion in union in meditative equipoise, and maintaining that habit in the post-meditative state as well. Fourth, the one-sided is the one mudra, in meditative equipoise, all appearances become bliss and are in harmony, so practice the one mudra of the deity's body, and continue that continuity in the post-meditative state as well. Fifth, conduct with proliferation is the mudra with proliferation, in both meditative and post-meditative states, all appearances of objects are practiced without interruption as the nature of deities and consorts. Sixth, the conduct of the gathering is the occasion of the gathering wheel, practicing the conduct of the uncontaminated path without attachment to the five objects of the gathering wheel. As the Lamrim says: "Clothes, ornaments, food, song and words, the gathering place of dance, mudras, if used well with knowledge (of emptiness), then a wonderful mandala arises." And, in this (tantra) it says: "With the mudra of vowels and consonants." To "Everything, everything will be accomplished." As it says, practice without attachment or greed for the five objects.
