Wisdom is not manifest! From being free from the clinging of consciousness, the omniscient wisdom, the self-born wisdom arises without obstruction! O sons of the Victorious Ones, for example, there is a great silk cloth equal to the size of a three-thousand great thousand world system. Thus, etc., using the example of the three-thousand silk cloth. O sons of the Victorious Ones, likewise, the wisdom of the Tathagata, the immeasurable wisdom, the wisdom that closely nourishes all sentient beings, also follows without exception in the continuum of sentient beings. Those continuums of the minds of sentient beings are also immeasurable like the wisdom of the Tathagata! It is said: That which dwells within the husk of afflictions, may it be known by examples. From the Uttaratantra: Buddhas are like lotus stamens, bees like honey, essence in chaff, gold in impurity, treasures in the earth and sprouts and fruits, Buddha images in rotten clothes, lords of men in the wombs of wicked women, like the presence of precious forms in the earth. Likewise, this element dwells in sentient beings obscured by adventitious stains of affliction. Thus, the nine examples of the power of the nine natures that obscure the essence are mentioned. Generally speaking, these are examples of what exists in the realm of sentient beings. In particular, the four aspects of the stains that exist in the continuum of sentient beings who have not entered the path, which are solely the cause of samsara, the deeds of merit and non-merit, desire, hatred, and ignorance, which arise equally and intensely, are indicated by the four: lotus, bee, chaff, and mud. The nature of obscuring the essence of the habitual tendencies of ignorance that exists in the continuum of the Arhats of the Hearers and Solitary Buddhas is one example: the treasure of a poor person underground. The stains to be abandoned by seeing on the Great Vehicle path that exist in the continuum of individual learners, and the stains to be abandoned by meditation in the continuum of the noble ones, are indicated by the two examples: bark and rotten cloth. The stains of the tenth ground, also the stains that rely on the impure seven grounds and below, and the stains that rely on the pure three grounds, are indicated by the two examples: womb and mud-gold. That is to say, in the Uttaratantra it says: The nature of this is the Dharmakaya.

Suchness and also the lineage are that. It is to be understood by the examples of three, one, and five. Thus it is said. In the case of being with defilements, this element cannot be fully understood by any example, so the Dharmakaya itself should be taken as an example. Because it transcends the world, in the world, there is no example to be found for this, so it is shown that the element of the Tathagata is the same. Thus it is said. There are two Dharmakayas shown to be similar, namely the cause element of separation and the result of separation, which is the essence of the Tathagata, the wisdom of one's own awareness. It also includes the sacred Dharma, which has the nature of scripture and realization that are in accordance with it. Thus, it is said: Two Dharmakayas are to be known: the Dharmadhatu, which is extremely pure, and its profound cause, and the manifestation of various aspects. Thus it is said. Moreover, that the Dharmakaya of the cause pervades all is stated in the commentary on the Uttaratantra: The Tathagata, through the Dharmakaya, without a body, pervades the realm of sentient beings, and thus shows that these sentient beings possess the essence of the Tathagata. Thus it is taught. Any sentient being who is outside the Dharmakaya of the Tathagata does not exist in the realm of sentient beings. It is like the realm of form in the realm of space. Thus it is said. Such an element, the essence of ultimate reality, is not directly seen through the belief of conceptual thought that it must exist in the accumulation and joining stages. From the first ground, only a partial aspect is seen. At the Buddha's ground, what its nature is, having become manifest, is seen as the ultimate reality of the self-born, which is to be realized only through faith. Although the sun's disc blazes with light, it is not seen by those without eyes. Thus it is said. That is, the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas, the lower three noble ones, do not see it as it is. The noble Bodhisattvas, for example, are like a young child who sees the sun but does not see the sun that pervades all realms. As it is said: Like a young child born and living in a house, the noble ones also see the form of the sun. Thus it is said. That the Buddhas see everything is stated in the commentary on the Uttaratantra: Like the sun in the sky seen through clouds, here you are wise in one aspect. Even the noble ones with pure eyes of wisdom do not fully see everything. Bhagavan, your Dharmakaya
