Fearlessness in promising complete enlightenment. Fearlessness in teaching that obstacles must be prevented in order to attain liberation. Fearlessness in teaching the path of the three vehicles of liberation. Fearlessness in attaining the cessation of abandoning what should be abandoned. As the commentary says: Manifest enlightenment and exhaustion of outflows, uninterrupted and definite arising. Thus. The ten powers, according to the Uttaratantra: "The power of knowing what is possible and impossible, the ripening of actions, faculties, realms, inclinations, the path of all-going, meditative states, the absence of defilements, the recollection of past lives, the divine eye, and peace. These are the ten powers of knowledge." Thus, the power of knowing what is possible and impossible. The power of knowing the superior and inferior faculties. The power of knowing all the realms of the world. The power of knowing various inclinations. The power of knowing defilements and purification. The power of knowing past lives. The power of knowing death and birth. The power of knowing the exhaustion of outflows, these are the ten powers. The four legs of miraculous power, according to the commentary: "Desire, diligence, mind, and the samadhi of conduct and abandonment, these activities are the four legs." Thus. The ten powers, according to the same text: "Power over resources, birth, and life, power over wisdom, dharma, mind, and karma, power over illusion, aspiration, and inclination, victorious king of all powers in the three realms." Thus. The four activities, according to the same text: "Pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful activities, unobstructed activities are spontaneously accomplished, acting without obstruction in anything." Thus. Here, if it is said that the seats of sentient beings such as lions are the self-manifestation of mind, then, according to the Ocean Sutra: "Bodhisattvas, by the power of aspiration, accumulate a sea of learning, offering their bodies as lion thrones." Thus, and the Spar Khab also says: "Due to the power of aspiration, even one bodhisattva has eighty-eight." This contradicts what is said to be a seat of reverence for aspiration. It is also contradicted by reason, because if there are no beings to be tamed, then the emanation of taming will become meaningless. If it is said that it is not a seat of self-manifesting wisdom, but a seat of reverence for aspiration, then the Spar Khab says: "Fruit."

It is said that the four and twelve dharmas are perfected in omniscience. Moreover, the previously quoted "The mind is the four fearlessnesses, which destroy the four maras," etc., contradicts the teachings of the empowerment king's tantra. It is also contradictory in terms of reasoning. If it is said that it is impossible for there to be a being to be tamed without a tamer, then if it depends on different continuums, it would be contradictory, but here, since wisdom's self-appearance and aspiration and reverence have not been established as different continuums, it is not contradictory. For example, the mount of a virtuous friend, one offered by others with faith and one accomplished from one's own merit, are the same on one horse. The buddhas have the four fearlessnesses, etc., as a sign of spontaneous accomplishment, appearing as seats of lions, etc., and the bodhisattvas of the place, with parts of physical obscurations, etc., emanate as lions, etc., offering their bodies as seats, and listening to the Dharma with their ears, thereby purifying the obscurations of knowledge, the two are not contradictory. Furthermore, this secret vehicle is fearless and unafraid of the lower vehicles, and the meaning of not being contained in the lower vehicles, it accommodates and has the power to accommodate, and the miraculous feet for quickly placing beings to be tamed on the ground of maturation and liberation, and the ability to freely use afflictions without abandoning them, and the unobstructed altruistic activities, for the sake of taming beings to be tamed, it is also permissible to explain in conjunction with lions, etc. That is to say, by traversing the eight vehicles, in order to comprehend the qualities of the result, each of the lions, etc., is also eight by eight, and finally intertwined, in order to lift the legs of the precious throne, it is known as the seat of traversing the distinctions of the ground. Third, the seat that destroys faults by the greatness of qualities is: the mind of the buddhas is naturally luminous, and as a symbol of the inseparability of skillful means and wisdom are the sun and moon. The lotus is born from mud, but is not stained by the faults of mud, as a symbol of not being stained by the faults of extremes is the lotus. As a symbol of fulfilling the needs and desires of beings to be tamed as desired is the precious seat. These are also as a symbol of the spontaneous accomplishment of the nature of the seven treasures, having seven treasure houses lifted by pillars. The way these seats are stacked is also like the order of light and the commentary "Dispelling Darkness in the Ten Directions," for five types of people they are stacked in five layers, for bodhisattvas they are stacked in three layers, for wrathful deities they are stacked in a single layer, and for the able one they are stacked in six layers.
