It is without. In the extensive commentary, it says: "However many oral transmissions are spoken, this essence of the true meaning, is not found by seeking elsewhere, it is the stainless purity of one's own mind." Such statements indicate the suchness that is without duality of cause and effect. Fourth, explaining the meaning of 'certainty': It is not like merely teaching the straightforward meaning to disciples of lesser fortune, but rather it is the meaning of teaching the innermost intention of the Victorious Ones to those fortunate beings who surpass even the most excellent. This can also be divided into base, path, and fruition. First, certainty in the base: the channels and bindus, together with the taste of bliss, are certainty in the base. Making the nature of the tantra of means into that very thing is certainty in the path. Through that path, the wisdom of suchness, the intention of the Thus-Gone One, manifestly appears, is certainty in the fruition. Thus it is said: In all the mandalas of the Victorious Ones, there is no more secret certainty than this. Furthermore, the tantra of the base is secret because it is difficult to understand; the tantra of the path is essence because it contains the essence; the tantra of the fruition is suchness because it is not inverted. That very thing, being established as free from exaggeration and denigration, is certainty. It can also be explained that way. From the Later Tantra: "Secrecy is explained as the source of phenomena, essence is also its means. Because the two are not inverted, this is suchness, here it is certainty." That is why it is said. Furthermore, there are two traditions: explaining the sign-means-path in conjunction with the upper gate as internal, and explaining it in conjunction with the lower gate as secret. Among these, the first is further divided into: explaining it in conjunction with the heart chakra, and explaining it in conjunction with the four chakras and four consorts. The first is: in the center of the heart chakra, the wheel of dharma, the gathering of the five pure elements, there is from the beginning the bindu of the essence of wisdom, but it is not realized because it is obscured by its own secrecy, this is secrecy. That bindu contains the essence of what is to be known and what is to be accomplished, therefore it is essence. Because it possesses the means of the oral instructions, when practiced, the co-emergent wisdom of mind itself manifestly arises without deception, therefore it is suchness. That very bindu of essence has become the nature of all three, base, path, and fruition, therefore it is certainty. The second is: in the center of the navel chakra, the wheel of channels, the bindu of the five elements of space, in the form of the letter (Tibetan: ཨཾ Sanskrit Devanagari: अं Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ Literal Meaning: am), the bindu at the tip of the secret space of the dakinis.

What is related to me is: Because it is not accessible to everyone, it is secret. The indestructible bindu in the center of the heart chakra, which gathers the essence of all dharmas, is therefore the essence. In the center of the throat chakra petals, the bindu of the Dakini Tramen exists, and from that bindu, great bliss wisdom arises as light radiates, so it is the only truth. In the center of the crown chakra, the Samantabhadra moon bindu exists in the form of the seed syllable ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ།, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), which is the great bliss wisdom, the ultimate intention of the Buddhas, so it is said to be definite. Secondly, combining with the lower gate, what is spoken of as secret is: In the bodies of sentient beings, there are seventy-two thousand channels, etc., in which the bindu, together with the taste of bliss wisdom, exists naturally, but is not recognized, this is the secret. Those two bindus gather the essence of cause and effect, so it is the essence, the agent is vows, winds, etc., through practicing the path of means, the co-emergent great bliss wisdom arises in the continuum, that is the only truth. That bindu is the essence of the three, base, path, and result, this is definite, because it can also be spoken of in that way. Furthermore, there is also a way of explaining it like this: The reality that has become the source of all dharmas, pervades like the expanse of space, and the glorious Samantabhadra who abides in the nature of permanence, because it is extremely difficult to realize, is therefore secret. The path of means that realizes it, and the profound and vast content that it expresses, gathers the essence of all teachings, so it is the essence. The base is unchanging, and the path realizes it without deception, so in meaning there is no reversal, so it is the only truth. That itself is the ultimate intention of the Buddhas, so it is definite. And so on. Samsara and Nirvana inseparable is the essence of the base secret. Realizing it without bondage and liberation, generation and completion combined is the path, it is the only truth. By this, the ultimate result is manifested, the result is the certainty of no bondage and liberation. It can also be said like this, because it is Vajra speech, so it can be elaborated, this is certain, it is the view of Omniscient Dharma Shri. Thirdly, in terms of debate and refutation: Is the name the meaning of the tantra? Does the name contain the meaning of the tantra? Speaking only from the name of the oral instruction, རྒྱ
