The statement "completely without interruption in the ten directions" contradicts the statement "becoming square." If it is completely without interruption, it should not appear as square, because appearing as square is due to the sky being divided into a square shape. The statement "without inside and outside" contradicts the statement "everything is inside," because if everything is inside, there should be a distinction between inside and outside. Furthermore, regarding the cushion, the center is a lion, the east is an elephant, the south is a steed, the west is a peacock, and the north is a shangs-shangs (a mythical bird), each animal existing in groups of eight, thus supporting the throne, which is unreasonable. Because each throne does not possess all five animals. It is necessary to possess all five animals, because the five animals appearing as the throne symbolize the four fearlessnesses, ten powers, four miraculous legs, ten freedoms, and four activities being realized, therefore appearing in the form of supporting the throne. As stated in the *Empowerment King Tantra*: "The mind with four fearlessnesses, destroys the four maras." And so on. Also, some say that the five animals on the cushion being purified through tantra is not contradictory, because by offering the respectful cushion of aspiration prayers, the body of the Bodhisattva as a cushion, thereby purifying the obscurations of afflictions. It is also unreasonable to say that listening to the Dharma with the ears purifies the obscurations of knowledge, because that Bodhisattva existing in the form of the animals on the cushion, you are not someone who has already purified the obscurations of afflictions, because even in the Buddha-field, the body is offered as a cushion to purify the obscurations of afflictions. If you admit that, then such a Bodhisattva, you are someone who has completely abandoned the obscurations of afflictions, because you are someone who abides in the Buddha-field. As stated in the *Golden Light Sutra*: "The obscurations of afflictions being purified, one sees the face of the Buddha's emanation body. The obscurations of knowledge being purified, one sees the face of the complete enjoyment body. The obscurations of meditative absorption being purified, one sees the face of the Buddha's Dharma body." And also in the context of the common vehicle, it is said that the obscurations of afflictions are abandoned simultaneously with obtaining the first ground. Furthermore, was this tantra compiled by the teacher, or by the retinue, or by both? If according to the first case, then the compiler of this tantra, you are not the teacher.

Therefore, among the retinue, the secret lord who possesses good fortune is Vajrapani. As it is said in the scripture: Among the retinue, the most excellent with good fortune, The secret lord who tames at the opportune time, Vajrapani holds them together. Therefore. Secondly, the Teacher, you have summarized this tantra into words and names, because you have summarized and established it as such. If you assert that, Teacher, you have spoken of the Dharma that appears as words and sounds, because the eighty-four thousand collections of Dharma were spoken through the appearance of words and sounds. As it is said in this very text: To counteract the eighty thousand afflictions of ignorance, eighty-four thousand collections of Dharma were taught. It was taught, is being taught, and will be taught. Therefore. It cannot be asserted, because the Teacher did not speak a single syllable of Dharma that appears as sound and words. As it is said in this very text: Beyond all sounds and words. And like the echo of a cliff. And in the common scripture it is also said: From the night I attained complete perfect enlightenment until the time of my passing into nirvana, I have not spoken a single syllable that appears as words and letters. Therefore. If you say that the Teacher did not speak, then, Teacher, you have spoken, because it was extracted from your body, speech, and mind vajra and spoken. Thus, the Tathagata Extracted from his own body, speech, and mind vajra. Therefore. The true answer is: Although the Teacher did not speak of the Dharma that appears as words and letters, just as the sound is not uttered from the face of a cliff, but the sound of the cliff echoes back as a person speaks, so too, although the Buddha abides in suchness without wavering, in the appearance of those to be tamed, the blessings of compassion and speech arise in accordance with their individual minds. As it is said in this very text: In suchness there is no speaking, No letters and no speech of knowledge, Although not uttered from the tip of the tongue, Through the blessings of compassionate speech, Various benefits for beings are clearly revealed in each case. Clarity itself is the supreme vajra of speech, Although not wavering from suchness, It is like the echo of a cliff. Therefore. The third question is: Among individuals, there are self-sustaining ones and emanations. Generally, sentient beings
