The term "Vajrasattva as a Buddha-child" refers to the fact that these two, the stable and the concise, are established from the perspective of the nature of mind. The Vajrasattva of realization or the Vajrasattva of fruition arises from the perspective of appearance. Although it is so in terms of the nature of reality, in terms of appearance, samsara and nirvana appear as good and bad. Therefore, an individual who seeks liberation strives on the path and means of liberation as a method to realize the true meaning of mind. When the mind is realized as Buddha, it is called the Vajrasattva of realization. As it says in the Adaka Yeshe: "If the mind is realized, it is Buddha, so one should not seek Buddha elsewhere, but should cultivate this thought intensely." Thus it is said. The wisdom that is realized is also indivisible like a vajra. The phrase "because it has become indivisible like a vajra" means that because that realized being is named Vajrasattva, the wisdom that exists in his mindstream is also realized as indivisible like a vajra, and therefore it is spoken of in that way. Thus, the name Vajrasattva is given to the mindstream. The meaning of the chief deity of the mandala being called Vajrasattva is that it is said that the chief deity of the mandala appears as a symbolic mudra. Its meaning is that although the essence of the self-arisen wisdom of mind is emptiness without characteristics, in relation to the minds of sentient beings, awareness itself appears as a symbolic mudra in the form of a wheel of wisdom. As it says in this very text: "In the center of self-awareness, without beginning or end, the four wisdoms radiate in the form of a wheel." As it is said, when a practitioner practices, in the path of accumulation, it is the deity's form of aspiration and practice; in the path of joining, it is the deity's form of wind and mind; in the path of seeing, it is the deity's form of clear light; from the second to the tenth bhumis, it is the deity's form of the yuganaddha of learning; and in the state of Buddhahood, the chief and retinue appear in the form of the non-learning yuganaddha, and these are also given the name Vajrasattva. Although generally there are five types of individuals who teach, in this case, Akshobhya is also known as Vajrasattva. Because it says, "At the time of showing the illusion of arising, the immovable Buddha-child stands before."

Here, when explaining the illusion of the mind, it also means speaking in this way to Vajra Akshobhya, who resides in front of the Buddha Samantabhadra. Furthermore, whenever the illusion of body, speech, qualities, and activities is shown, the expounders of each of those appear in front of their respective mandalas. Thus, the first name, "Vajrasattva," has been explained. The meaning of the second name, "Net of Illusions," comes from the Vajra Illusion: The meaning of the connection between method and wisdom. Illusion is explained in four ways. Among these, the first is the net of illusions of conceptual aggregates: The five elements appear as illusions, without interruption, as the cause, everything is transformed, which is the five aggregates. Therefore, the five elements appear as illusions, without interruption. Why is there no interruption? For example, even with just water, many different appearances arise. As Kawa Paltseg's view of the stages says: Hell beings see their own minds as fire, etc., hungry ghosts see sinful minds as impure places, animals see steep ups and downs, humans see such sights. Similarly, Asuras see weapons, etc., gods see virtuous minds as jewels. Thus, hell beings see molten copper and boiling bitter water, hungry ghosts see pus and blood and filth, animals see steep ups and downs, humans see pure water, Asuras see weapons, and gods see nectar. The noble ones who abide in the ground of accomplishment see it as the consort Mamaki. As the Madhyamaka Two Truths says: Because one thing has different minds, the true meaning is not seen separately. As an example, the five elements, from the perspective of their essence, are inherently the nature of the five consorts, but from the perspective of appearance, they appear as different appearances, so it is said that the five elements are like illusions. This illusion is also like a magician who recites mantras over wood, pebbles, etc., and then makes them appear as horses, elephants, and other various forms. Here, too, from the cause—the five elements—the result—the five aggregates that will arise—are transformed. As the Limb says: From the wisdom of the illusion of the five aggregates, self-awareness transforms into the five families of skillful means. Therefore, because it has a causal relationship, it is called a net.
