Na is the mantra of the cause of generation. To that, Reciting and meditating is the mantra of recitation and action. Regarding mudras, in general, all conceptualizations abide in the mandala of the deity from the very beginning, which is the nature mudra. From that, a special understanding arises, and through that, realizing it manifestly is the viewing mudra. As the self-result manifests, residing in the great mandala of the peaceful and wrathful ones in Akanishta is the result mudra, these are three. Specifically, if it is done from the perspective of higher samadhi, the "Clear Light" says: "Vows, actions, dharma, and body itself are the four great mudras." Therefore, there are four mudras, or if divided into subcategories, there are seven mudras. Among them, there are two: peaceful and wrathful. The first has the cause of the mudra, and from that arises the general samaya mudra of the five families, and from that emanate the mudras of the individual deities. The first is, the "Small Commentary" says: "The head is the Tathagata family, the right hand is the Vajra Akshobhya, the left hand is the Ratna family, the left foot is the Dharma family, the right foot is the Karma family." Thus, determine the five limbs of the body, and that the knuckles of the limbs are the Vajra family, etc. On the right hand fingers of the Akshobhya family, in the center of the sun, write hūṃ (藏文,हूं,梵文天城体,hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音,吽,seed syllable), oṃ (藏文,ओं,梵文天城体,oṃ,梵文罗马拟音,嗡,seed syllable), svā (藏文,स्वा,梵文天城体,svā,梵文罗马拟音,梭哈,seed syllable), āṃ (藏文,आं,梵文天城体,āṃ,梵文罗马拟音,阿,seed syllable), hā (藏文,हा,梵文天城体,hā,梵文罗马拟音,哈,seed syllable), etc., and on the left hand fingers of the Ratna family, in the center of the moon, write mūṃ (藏文,मूं,梵文天城体,mūṃ,梵文罗马拟音,母,seed syllable), lāṃ (藏文,लां,梵文天城体,lāṃ,梵文罗马拟音,朗,seed syllable), māṃ (藏文,मां,梵文天城体,māṃ,梵文罗马拟音,芒,seed syllable), pāṃ (藏文,पां,梵文天城体,pāṃ,梵文罗马拟音,胖,seed syllable), tāṃ (藏文,तां,梵文天城体,tāṃ,梵文罗马拟音,当,seed syllable), etc., and then join the palms. This is called the cause of the mudra, the vajra joined palms. The second is, as shown by "Oṃ (藏文,ओं,梵文天城体,oṃ,梵文罗马拟音,嗡,seed syllable) and mūṃ (藏文,मूं,梵文天城体,mūṃ,梵文罗马拟音,母,seed syllable) join at the tips," etc. That is, in the "Method Lasso" it says: "Cross the fingers inward and bend them, the middle finger, index finger, thumb, and little finger, each join at the tips and extend outward, the ring fingers are joined together, this is the samaya mudra." And also in the "Fearsome Lightning" it says: "Oṃ (藏文,ओं,梵文天城体,oṃ,梵文罗马拟音,嗡,seed syllable) and mūṃ (藏文,मूं,梵文天城体,mūṃ,梵文罗马拟音,母,seed syllable) join at the tips, similarly hūṃ (藏文,हूं,梵文天城体,hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音,吽,seed syllable) and lāṃ (藏文,लां,梵文天城体,lāṃ,梵文罗马拟音,朗,seed syllable) join, hā (藏文,हा,梵文天城体,hā,梵文罗马拟音,哈,seed syllable) and pāṃ (藏文,पां,梵文天城体,pāṃ,梵文罗马拟音,胖,seed syllable) also similarly, āṃ (藏文,आं,梵文天城体,āṃ,梵文罗马拟音,阿,seed syllable) and tāṃ (藏文,तां,梵文天城体,tāṃ,梵文罗马拟音,当,seed syllable) join, back to back svā (藏文,स्वा,梵文天城体,svā,梵文罗马拟音,梭哈,seed syllable) and māṃ (藏文,मां,梵文天城体,māṃ,梵文罗马拟音,芒,seed syllable) connect, this is the general mudra of the father. After joining the palms, oṃ (藏文,ओं,梵文天城体,oṃ,梵文罗马拟音,嗡,seed syllable) and mūṃ (藏文,मूं,梵文天城体,mūṃ,梵文罗马拟音,母,seed syllable) join, hūṃ (藏文,हूं,梵文天城体,hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音,吽,seed syllable) and lāṃ (藏文,लां,梵文天城体,lāṃ,梵文罗马拟音,朗,seed syllable) join, svā (藏文,स्वा,梵文天城体,svā,梵文罗马拟音,梭哈,seed syllable) and pāṃ (藏文,पां,梵文天城体,pāṃ,梵文罗马拟音,胖,seed syllable) join, āṃ (藏文,आं,梵文天城体,āṃ,梵文罗马拟音,阿,seed syllable) and māṃ (藏文,मां,梵文天城体,māṃ,梵文罗马拟音,芒,seed syllable) join, hā (藏文,हा,梵文天城体,hā,梵文罗马拟音,哈,seed syllable) and tāṃ (藏文,तां,梵文天城体,tāṃ,梵文罗马拟音,当,seed syllable) stand upright, it is said to be the general mudra of the mother." The third has five, the first is the mudra of the five families, mainly combined with Akshobhya.

Then, contemplate oneself as Akshobhya in the Great Seal. In this state, hide the other four letters of the right hand, and form the Samaya Seal by raising the middle finger to the heart. At its tip, contemplate Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), which is the Dharma Seal of the mind. Contemplate it melting and transforming into a vajra, which is the Samaya Seal of the mind. With the left hand, clench the five fingers inward, ring the bell, and lean on the left thigh in a posture embracing the consort, which is forming the Karma Seal. Contemplating in this way is the Karma Seal of the mind. Then, turn the already formed right seal forward, and at the heart of the consort on the left, along with the sound of the bell, recite "Hūṃ Vajra Dhṛk" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་དྷྲིཀ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं वज्र धृक्, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ vajra dhṛk, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ Vajra Dhṛk) and release it, which is the Dharma Seal of speech, that is, increasing wisdom with skillful means. This symbolizes the consort's hand seal. For other families, the families are explained by these. Second, the hand seals of the Hero and Consort: On the fingers other than the thumb, contemplate the respective seed syllables as before, with certainty, as in the case of the five families with seven seals. Third, the hand seals of the Doorkeeper and Consort: Symbolized by the above. Fourth, the hand seals of the Six Thubpas: For the sake of taming those who are not certain to be tamed, there are various kinds. However, if summarized, they can be grouped into six. Fifth, the hand seals of Samantabhadra and Consort: Father Samantabhadra's right hand is upward in the meditation posture, radiating the light of the five wisdoms. Mother Samantabhadri's left hand is upward in the meditation posture, or like Father Samantabhadra, or with the vajra palms joined at the heart. Second, the hand seals of the Wrathful Deities: To symbolize liberation. The hand seal of the central Wrathful Deity: As stated in other tantras, the five families. The hand seals of the places, regions, door guardians, and the powerful mothers, are the Action Seals. In the extensive explanation, it says: The hand seal of the central Heruka: etc. The hand seals of the places and regions: Are explained in accordance with other tantras. The hand seals of the Mamos: Are explained in the Great Sutra Beyond the World. And so on. These also possess the four seals: Clearly visualize the deity's form as the Great Seal. Clearly visualize the respective seed syllables at the heart, and recite the words from the mouth, which is the Dharma Seal. Forming the hand seal holding the implements is the Samaya Seal of the mind. After forming the seal, turn it forward and release it, which is the Karma Seal. Thus, in the "Essential Heruka," it says: The body is the Great Seal, the speech is the Dharma
